As I mentioned before, I sent a counter notification to YouTube seeking to have the account restored, unless Team Hagee opted to take me to Federal District Court. In which case they would need to succeed in persuading the court to slap an injunction against me personally. Here is a copy of the notice I sent YouTube, which they forwarded to Team Hagee. In that mailing, I also included documentation about Fair Use. Of course doing that carried a certain degree of risk. Given Team Hagee now has all my personal information. They could have attempted to run me into court and as you can see, my letter permitted such if they desired to take that route. Although I’m confident he’d lose the case. The letter mistakenly says 29 seconds instead of 32 seconds, since I didn’t have a copy of the video on hand when I wrote the letter, I was off a few seconds in my recollection of the video’s length. (My personal copy that I found later is just 31 seconds, but I guess YouTube conversion extended it by one second.)

So since it’s back online, here’s the video all the haggling was over, if you have not already seen it.

So having YouTube as a means to continue exposing false doctrines continues, glory to God through Jesus Christ. And I’ve already got something in mind, that Lord willing I will be putting up in the not so distant future. And of course I’ll keep using other video resources outside of YouTube as well.

A good fresh post over at Pulpit-Pimps.org is titled: The Prince of Pimps and His Rolling Billboard. It’s a good read. And I can tell you, Jamal’s club has more than one of those. His face is on the back of them too.

All my years growing up in Baltimore, if the possessions of a church group were not modest, at least the “church van” was. Then can Jamal!

My brother phillyflash (Phil Naessens) and I have a small disagreement, but my discussion with Phil is not what this post is about. I only mention it, because I’m going to cite quotes from Richard Abanes, that are in a post made by my brother Phil/phillyflash. Phillyflash feels both Richard Abanes and Ken Silva have done wrong and both violated Matthew 18. I disagree, because it was Richard Abanes who sought a very public action be taken against Ken Sliva by Ken’s former web host. Ken’s blog was shut down after Richard Abanes objected to THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF KEN’S FORMER WEB HOST about a page on Ken’s blog. Richard Abanes did not talk to Ken in private about it, Richard Abanes did not have 1 or 2 (Christian) witnesses address Ken with him, Richard Abanes did not even take his gripe to the church. Richard Abanes went straight to the legal department of a web host, to seek to have material removed from a blog, that he disagreed with. For background see these prior posts:

My disagreement with Phillyflash is not a big deal to me. He’s my brother in Christ, we disagree, but he’s always welcome around these parts. This is about Richard Abanes (RA) and it is clear to me that RA totally violated 1 Corinthians 6 and Matthew 18. Because RA ran to the legal department of a web host over an issue he had with Ken Silva’s material.

So I’m going to cite a couple of statements from Phillyflash’s blog post, where RA displays his delusion. RA went there to answer some questions and his answers make his delusion very evident.

In this comment RA says:

RA: Well, first of all, writing an ISP is neither a sin, nor a “crime.”

NOTHING in the Bible prohibits my having contacted an ISP to alert them to what I felt was someone’s violation of their TOS. That is against neither Matt. 18, nor 1 Cor. 6. And it is tragic to me that Christians have gotten to a place where they are hiding behind scriptures, abusing them and twisting them, to make sure they are not accountable — and can go on the internet to say/do whatever they want to do. That is tragic.

Moreover, if what I did was indeed a private “sin/crime,” then it is Silva who violated Matthew 18, which does indeed cover any PRIVATE sin that someone feels has been committed against them by a brother. My alleged “sin” was obviously private (i.e., complaining to Silva’s ISP). But instead of going to me privately, Pastor Ken Silva skipped steps #1 and #2 of Matthew 18 and took it not only to the church, but to the entire world—creating an internet circus of hate, anger, bitterness, judgment, condemnation, arguments, and church division. Now what say you?

I say RA is deluded!

RA contacted the LEGAL department of an ISP. RA desired a PUBLIC resolution to something he felt Ken did wrong, by trying to take it to the web host instead of Ken, for removal of material. Never does RA say he was wrong, on the contrary, he says everything he did was right. Then after the very PUBLIC loss of Ken’s blog, RA claims Ken is at fault for telling what was already a very public matter. And beforehand, when Ken’s site was about to be shut down, Ken told everyone what was happening, because it was RA, not Ken who showed no regard for scripture. Ken was not wrong to let readers know his blog was about to be shut down and the reason why. RA feels his actions were “private”, that is not true, his actions and his desired resolution were very open and public, he did not go to Ken Silva directly. He didn’t do anything mentioned in Matthew 18, he ran to a legal department in violation of 1 Corinthians 6 from the start! RA ran to a group that does not profess Christ and is all about legal matters, the legal department of Ken’s former web host. RA sought outsider’s aid and complained to them, while Ken Silva simply informed his blog readers beforehand and afterward told members of the church via communication outlets seen and heard by saints (Crosstalk, his blog, etc.). Ken may have contacted the world at large (I don’t know, maybe Ken called the USAToday too), but if Ken contacted the world at large, it was only after the world at large was denied access to his blog, because of actions initiated by RA.

Regarding this being handled as a matter between saints, here is what RA said to Phil, in response to a question to him. I’m really glad Phil got this from RA.

Phil: I would be curious if either of them believe each other are of the “elect” and how that possible belief played a part in all of this…..

RA: I have no idea whether Silva is elect or not. It had no bearing on my actions.

So RA says himself, that he never considered this as a dealing between saints, that should be handled as Christ commanded and it never had any bearing on his actions.

RA continues to prove by his own words, that his “Purpose Driven” mind has no real regard for scripture.

RA acts like he’s willing to talk to Ken Silva. Well RA KNOWS that Ken can be reached through his blog at Apprising.org. RA could use the contact page there, to apologize to Ken for all the trouble he’s caused Ken by wrongly crying to the legal department of a web host. Instead, RA ducks, spins and asserts he does no wrong.

(As I’ve mentioned in earlier posts, Richard Abanes has shown himself to be leaven. As a contentious man who shows no regard for truth of scripture in his dealings. So I don’t give him space to comment here, 1 Corinthians 5)

Then, check out the post from the blog Defending. Contending., by Coram Deo titled A Few Words on Richard Abanes and Repentance. (It is a long read, but everything you read after this point assumes you’ve read that.) I am in agreement with Coram Deo. Richard Abanes needs to repent and Abanes’ actions prove he can’t be treated as anything other than leaven and kept away like evil per 1 Corinthians 5. (Abanes has proven himself to be covetous and his actions amount to reviling.) Unless he repents and we are able to embrace him as a brother. So no need trying to comment here Richard Abanes. I won’t permit you comment on this blog unless you turn from the evil so many have admonished you on. And I encourage fellow Christian bloggers, if we are to keep scripture and maintain 1 Corinthians 5 in not giving place to leaven, do not permit Richard Abanes to comment on your blogs. Let him know he is not even permitted to assemble with you on your blogs, until he repents.

But this evil of trying to silence blogs is not limited to people like Richard Abanes. Of course it happens much in secular political circles via various methods. When I would do many more posts of a political nature, I noticed many underhanded methods were employed, to keep certain views from being seen. It’s interesting how Richard Abanes and political hack moonbats have so much in common.

Oh don’t worry, when it comes to Christians being hated by the world, the Muslims are going to make sure any overtly or remotely Christian holiday is done away with in time. After all, where they have the numbers, they call the shots. Labor Day may be a holiday that is leveraged by Socialists and Communists, but this is just a first step towards conditioning the masses to feel Islam is OK. After all, everybody still gets paid right? So why have any issues with a holiday setup to acknowledge a pagan cult? Because perhaps it shows a nation that is further embracing paganism, that’s one reason. Well the Christian who works at that Tyson plan is NOT somehow paying homage to Islam by working there, it is a matter they have to accept as the rule of their workplace. Although they personally don’t acknowledge the day towards Islam and hopefully they didn’t vote for a holiday that endorses paganism. And no, the Christian who buys Tyson products is not endorsing Islam, no more than if you see a movie created by a Jewish movie company, it does not mean you endorse Judaism’s denial of Jesus as Christ. But if a Christian working for Tyson seeks another employer, I understand. If a Christian does not desire personally to purchase Tyson products, I understand. Although I don’t find biblical support for any call for the church (as a group) to “boycott” Tyson. Just as I noted I don’t find support for the AFA’s called “boycott” of Target and likewise with their calls to boycott McDonalds (see my comments in that last link under that post).

(I wonder how many of the people who are so swift to boycott when a company does something ungodly will be “enjoying” the Olympics, that are taking place in a nation where Christians are under stiff persecution? Shouldn’t that [endorsement of a global stage to a nation that is really an enemy of America AND persecutor of Christians] be tops for things Christians should be standing against supporting?)

But the real bottom line is this, it’s all a barometer of how things are going downward, not something Christians should feel can be resolved with a boycott. And even if immigration from Muslim nations ended, the anti-Christian movements within America attack the church more in time anyway. So the Word of God must be fulfilled and we Christians will have to face persecution.

Still, it’s always interesting to see the spiral downward play out. I never was in favor of Muslim immigration, but they’re here now and so being pagans they’ll promote their paganism everywhere they go. The only answer is Jesus and Christians must continue sharing the message of Jesus in truth with those willing to listen. Just as our brothers and sisters in Christ who live in Muslim nations do (although they might do so more discreetly). They have to buy their meat from the meat market that is run by pagans and share the gospel when there is opportunity, 1 Corinthians 10. And no, a company having a Muslim holiday does not equate to the company literally offering the meat to idols before selling it to you and you buying their meat does not put you in worship or reverence of idols. Still each saint must do as their conscience feels led in their own walk with Christ.

Really, if you think these “radical” people with their “violent spirit” are correct. Please leave a comment and cite chapter and verse where Apostles went to burial areas, to try raising people they did not know, they never saw before in their lives and nobody asked them to pray for. And while you’re at it, please find me scripture where an effort EVER was made to raise someone who was not known to be a Christian? Yea you can find me scripture showing where we’re told to “practice” raising the dead too. What they are doing is unbiblical and activity they are engaging in to fulfill their own man made “religion”.

And as for that woman with the bad knee they claim was healed fully after their prayers, just watch this video if you have not already seen it. What they claim is very likely on par with the lame boy Todd Bentley claimed was healed.

It was A-OK to be down with trashy Ludacris before, but now the trash makes news and suddenly Team Obama is against some lyrics from Ludacris. This is on par with the Jeremiah A. Wright flipping and flopping by Team Obama. They love these trashy people up until it makes news, then suddenly they denounce them. Obama will stab the same people he once called friends in the back the moment it’s mentioned in the media. This shows Obama’s doing whatever looks good, he’s not showing true leadership qualities. He’s not showing he has any form of moral compass, he just does whatever LOOKS GOOD.
