I’ve said so much about her (and Thomas Weeks too) in prior posts, that I’m just going to repeat my YouTube description of this video below the footage. I’m just offering this to help those who the Lord desires to see the truth. That Juanita Bynum is a false teaching, pulpit pimping, hypocrite, adulteress and her soon to be ex-husband is no better.

update 9/29/2007 4:26PM: The last page of the divorce papers notes something interesting. Bynum wants to drop “Weeks” from her name. I guess this has to do with her forgiving him and feeling that he is a Mand of Gawd.

I’ve said a lot about this couple in the past. Even earlier today!. So here’s the deal, given the nature of this incident I’m not going to say much here. I’m just going to let those who have not read the prior posts read them in the “related posts” section below. Many of us have been warning people for a long time that their “teach me how to love you” stuff was not of God and now we see the rotten fruit. In the mist of separation and Weeks is beating on Bynum. Yea, I always knew he was a punk! But as I said earlier today, he’s really exceeded my expectations of how terrible he really his. And although there is much I don’t like about Juanita Bynum, she didn’t deserve to be beaten like that. Thomas Weeks should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The same recommendation I give for all punks and thugs that assault people.

I would be remiss if I were not honest in saying they are both false teachers, practitioners of the false prosperity doctrine and marketing lust to saints, but maybe the failure of what some of us call the Bynum-Weeks Corp. will help those who were duped by them in the past to move to sound doctrine.

Who knew “manifest to all” in their regard would be like this!

update 8/23/2007 3:26PM: For now I’ll just put updates in this thread continually about this as they come. Covina found us a copy of the police report. Basically it says the cop met Bynum at the hospital, where she told him that Weeks “pushed her down, kicked and stomped her”. A bellman named John pulled him off her. She didn’t want to wait for the cops to take pictures, but her sister named Tina Culpepper took pictures of the injuries and said she’d e-mail copies to police. The bellman named John left the scene before police could speak with him. Considering how police usually don’t move fast if the incident is over and the person is already at the hospital, by the time they tried to speak with “John”, he probably either asked to go home because he’d had a wild day, or his shift might have been up by the time they got to his job to question him.

update 8/23/2007 3:58PM: Warrants issued for evangelist Bynum’s husband

Atlanta Police say arrest warrants have been issued for the husband of popular Pentecostal evangelist Juanita Bynum, who was allegedly beaten by him at a hotel earlier this week.

Thomas W. Weeks III is charged with one count of aggravated assault and one count of terrorist threats against Bynum, according to police spokesman Ronald Campbell. The spokesman said Weeks, a minister, had not been arrested.

Campbell said she was “bruised up and battered,” and had “purple bruising around her neck and upper torso.”

Police found out about the fray from a staff member at Piedmont Hospital, where Bynum was taken for a checkup.

Bynum apparently left the hospital before police could take photos of her cuts and bruises. Her sister, Tina Culpepper, took some snapshots and later handed them over to police.

Campbell said he was uncertain whether this was a first-time incident of domestic violence between the couple.

Uh, all you who claim this is a manufactured story, note that Bynum didn’t try and call the police, the hospital did. Her reluctance to call and her wanting to get away before police could further investigate the bruises is consistent the with response of a battered spouse, just my very unprofessional opinion. Yea they’ve done a lot to market themselves, something I’ve always noted and continue to rebuke them for (that among other aspects of their false doctrine), but this does not have any of the markings of a manufactured event. In time, the bellman will be questioned. Bynum needs a friend, not a groupie, who can help her find sound doctrine. Lord willing, her ears will be open to receive it.

update 8/23/2007 8:17PM: See the video Juanita Bynum Files Charges. Thomas Weeks a Fugitive! Does anyone need any more proof that the prosperity doctrine is false and it’s time to work towards eternal instead of earthly gain? The Lord Jesus died and rose again, for those who trust in Him to have access to eternal riches, not temporal earthly things, Luke 12:29-34.

update 8/24/2007 12:36AM: The AJC has updated their article to note that:

Weeks also threatened Bynum’s life during the attack, police said. “Anytime you tell a person, ‘I’m going to kill you,’ that moves it up to a felony,” Campbell said.

He is expected to turn himself into police today (Friday).
One of Weeks’ attorneys says:

“He very much regrets what happened and said he’s sorry for what it’s worth,” Tesser said Thursday night.

Weeks loves his wife, Tesser said, and “he hopes he doesn’t wind up getting a divorce.”

The wife beaters always seem to feel sorry and claim love AFTER they stomp the woman and tell her they are going to kill them. Interesting how that seems to be their pattern of abuse.

My opinion, since neither of them seems to have a desire to seek out and reconcile with their first spouses and this is the 2nd marriage for them both. Maybe they should try and each stay alone till they might be able to do the best thing in reconciling with their first spouses, Mark 10:6-12.

update 8/24/2007 10:29AM: Why should Weeks and Bynum and NEVER married and why regardless of what their first spouses are doing should they remain single if they can’t reconcile with their first spouses? See 1 Corinthians 7:10-11. Remarriage is adultery, Mark 10:11-12. I’m not saying God does not forgive sin, adultery included, but if you care to live as the Lord commands, YOU’VE GOT TO BITE YOUR LIP AND FOLLOW SCRIPTURE. Certainly no man in remarriage should be in a role of church leadership. They are NOT blameless, Weeks is NOT the husband of one wife. And Bynum is not supposed to have rule over men in a church assembly. Only certain men are able to be church leaders, many can’t. See: 1 Timothy 3. And for anybody that thinks things changed for the “last days”. Guess what, when those words were written, the apostles also said they themselves were in the “last days”.

update 8/27/2007 12:09AM: While some are starting to figure things out and walk away, this latest article shows that some never learn. It’s called idolatry. Some love that pimp more than God and don’t even know it. The man has a divorce, then an adulterous marriage, then is charged with beating wife #2 in the street (parking lot) and STILL some refuse to leave the pimp. I guess they’d compare the death threats to Moses and David having killed someone, however after Christ was resurrected, we see no such cases in scripture after the Holy Spirit falls on someone. None of the apostles or those with them ever did such foolishness.

If Weeks is caught with a bottle or drugs, he might be part of the elite group of pimps who successfully defy every standard given for a church leader and STILL have sheeple following them. See: 1 Timothy 3. I say Weeks has broken every standard except “wine” at this point.

Below is a “Fair Use” sized clip from a great DVD set called “The Signs and Wonders Movement Exposed”. I have posted the clip for educational purposes. The clip is just a short portion of a section about how false teachers use a form of mass hypnosis to keep followers in a “suggestible” state. The chanting, music, raising and lowering of hands are all part of techniques used by stage hypnotists.

So people come up saying “I’m Healed” when they actually are not. They just feel good for the moment.

I’m not one who is really into telling you about Christian materials that have a price tag on the front, but I do highly recommend this set of DVDs. It is nearly 4 hours of material on the 2 DVD set. It exposes so much that I’ve been telling you about here. Many of the pieces of video that false teachers have been trying to hide came directly from this set of DVDs. If you live in the USA you can get it here and if you are in or closer to the UK you’d probably want to get it here.

Christians should keep 2 Thessalonians 2:9 in mind. What will you do when one comes who actually does show you various signs? Let their doctrine versus a proper read of scripture be your guide. Like those of Berea mentioned in Acts 17. Not emotion. Even if the “healing” really is confirmed to have occurred by later analysis, if their doctrine is off, RUN!

The maestro of false doctrine, Benny Hinn has been working pretty hard to keep the truth from the public. But we who love those deceived by him are not giving up. We know our rights and just because he can dupe YouTube does not mean it’s over. We know Fair Use allows us to use short clips to expose him and while dancing with YouTube over this is a pain, we have other means.

First, YouTube user Dazzarai has started posting vids elsewhere and one that exposes Hinn’s heresy about Jesus visibly appearing is in the video below.

I turned on the nut last night to watch his games and tricks. At the end of his broadcast, he played on Old Testament scripture to have people GIVE HIM MONEY. The scripture he played on is listed below, just the part he quoted on his show.

And he says as part of his plea for cash.

As you give, you bless your present and your future and you protect yourself and loved ones from harm tomorrow.

He fully implies that giving him money brings protection.

I know 28 seconds of that false teacher Benny Hinn is protected under Fair Use.

What Benny does not say in his abuse of scripture, is that the scripture he cited has nothing to do with money, especially nothing to do with giving money to him! Let’s look at what he read with a few more verses for proper context.

God was telling people to plant seeds (you know real physical seeds) for a physical harvest. I’ve already told you about “seeds” regarding Christians and how John Hagee messed that one up! It’s got nothing to do with you giving money to ensure some form of protection for yourself and loved ones. You’re not going to get protection from God by giving somebody money. This is not the old covenant and under the new covenant Christians are promised persecutions. Not that we invite them and we pray not to have to endure any if the Lord wills, but we have no physical assurances of protection. Jesus Christ gives life eternal. He promises new bodies that are free from all sickness. Not of flesh and bone. That is the protection that everyone should be concerned about and Benny Hinn can’t sell it. It only comes via trusting in the Lord Jesus as the ONLY means to salvation.

It seems Benny is hard up for cash, maybe. A brother named Walter sent me information Benny is e-mailing folks about “An Urgent 72-Hour Request to Help Keep This Is Your Day on the Air”. You can see Benny’s pitch on his own web site while it remains there. It notes:

So if Benny has to pay Paul and Jan Crouch, oh I mean TBN $450,000 a month, isn’t it interesting that Benny Hinn was part of their recent pimp-a-thon? He knows they get big money from him. Multiply the airings given the other shows paying for air time and TBN takes in millions every month. Plus TBN sits on hundreds of millions in cash reserves.

You know there are GOOD alternatives to giving to these nuts. Jesus told you about them. Try giving to poor Christians in need of food, clothing, shelter and visitation. Yea, try giving some of your time too. See Matthew 25:31-46. Try giving to your own household members who have needs, otherwise you are WORSE than an unbeliever, see Paul break it down in 1 Timothy 5:8. And finally, if you wish to give to spread the message of Jesus Christ and to people who don’t know Christ and are in need, do that as well, after caring for your household and poor saints, but not via charlatans and people who misrepresent the Word of the Lord. If you give to a ministry, seek a ministry that is rooted in sound doctrine and really in need of your funds.

Mitt Romney was once again exposed for the flip flopping Liberal that he is, during the GOP debate on 6/5/2007. While Romney claimed he would approve of English being the official language of the USA, it was revealed that he panders to non-English speakers on his campaign web site by having a Spanish language version and runs campaign ads in Spanish. Here is what I found on Mitt’s site. That’s Mitt’s son Craig talking Spanish on a video where he tries to convince people it’s OK to consider a flip flopping cult member for President.

Did you notice when Mitt Romney was called out for flip flopping on the English language, that he made the excuse that he’s not anti-immigrant? As if wanting an immigrant to learn English is somehow anti-immigrant? Romney went on to talk about how he’ll pander to people who have not taken the time to learn English, that was just DISGUSTING!!!

Tom Tancredo (who I’ve deemed my 2nd favorite candidate) explained why having the USA as an English only nation would be best.

Duncan Hunter (my favorite) smacked down Romney, Giuliani and McCain. I was so glad that somebody finally said LOOK THIS IS WHY THEY ARE NO GOOD AND I AM BETTER. After watching the Democrats act like they were all old friends during their debate, to see a candidate actually seek to separate himself from the pack was refreshing. And the points Hunter raised were good ones. Of course everyone he called out tried to spin out of it, but Hunter was on point, they could not question Hunter’s credentials at all and that’s why he’s my personal pick.

So I finally saw a little something in a GOP debate that didn’t make we wish I had caught up on sleep instead of watching.
