Once upon a time, I thought G. Craige Lewis was OK. Then I learned more about his doctrine, started learning more about him and became concerned. All things noted and discussed in detail already. But on YouTube I felt those going after saints’ accounts were the type of people G. Craige was against. Well it appears in my opinion, that G. Craige is about leveraging the laws of man to ensure video sales, more than seeing the truth spread.

This is why once I started blogging more about church matters, I updated my blog’s copyright statement. So nobody would fear making a copy of material here related to church matters and I figure a Christian making a copy would cite their sources. I primarily like this blog to be cited as the source of something copied from here, so that I can explain or defend if someone has questions.

While I have major doctrinal issues with G. Craige Lewis, I felt he would not be uptight about people posting clips of his videos on YouTube. It gives him positive promotion and beyond that in some cases it helped spread some truth. Given my issues on some things of course I can’t say I agree with every statement from his mouth, but I felt many YouTubbers were selecting clips that expressed truth. I can’t say I know what video clip YouTubber BlazingSky2006 was using and I don’t know anything else about her or what she was doing on YouTube, but it’s pretty sad she lost her account over someone she was trying to promote.

So Christians being attacked on YouTube continues and Ex Ministries is playing a role in that.

1 Corinthians 6:1-8 (New American Standard Bible) 1 Does any one of you, when he has a case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before the unrighteous and not before the saints? 2 Or do you not know that the saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you not competent to constitute the smallest law courts? 3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life? 4 So if you have law courts dealing with matters of this life, do you appoint them as judges who are of no account in the church? 5 I say this to your shame Is it so, that there is not among you one wise man who will be able to decide between his brethren, 6 but brother goes to law with brother, and that before unbelievers? 7 Actually, then, it is already a defeat for you, that you have lawsuits with one another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded? 8 On the contrary, you yourselves wrong and defraud. You do this even to your brethren.

I’ve heard G. Craige Lewis claim he has to sell videos to feed his family. Well he is the pastor at a church. If he has need, his assembly should handle with that, if he’s being a good elder, 1 Timothy 5:17-18. Instead he’s engaging in the worst of what comes with peddling. By using laws of man against Christians.

2 Corinthians 2:17 (New American Standard Bible) 17 For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God.

If he wants to work of his own hands to supply his needs, he could always consider taking up something that does not involve peddling what he claims to be gospel. Like tent making, Acts 18:1-4.

There once were several of G. Craige Lewis’ videos easily findable on YouTube. Hard to find any now. After he went after some, there are some YouTubbers that feel YouTube did the rest automatically based on the file attributes of matching videos. I suspect if G. Craige Lewis had simply asked people using his videos to remove them that they would have voluntarily. It seems a YouTube message to the person he felt offended by would have sufficed.

I’ve seen more than one video of someone saying a YouTube account was shut down for having an Ex Ministries video on their account. I can’t say every video I’ve seen in that regard displays good temperament, so I can only post the one that is above. It seems some weak in the faith are not helped by what is happening at the hands of someone they felt good about.

People say they’ve tried to reach G. Craige Lewis about this issue and not received any response.

While it probably does not make him much money, it’s apparent G. Craige Lewis is peddling and acting as the ungodly do about it. So it’s like I’ve gone from once feeling G. Criage Lewis was OK, to having major doctrinal issues with him, to now having even more concerns about him. I had no plans to purchase his material, but I never advised anyone else to consider not giving him a dime. Now I’m thinking saints should avoid him, totally. I’ve never made a full post here that was only dedicated to warning about him, consider this the first.

I considered contacting Ex Ministries for comment. But when I went to their contact page, I decided not to. Primarily, all the page is about is booking him for a speaking engagement. Which of course he’ll want money for. And at the bottom of the page in small print it says the following:

We do not address rumors, personal issues, or personal attacks on G. Craige Lewis or EX Ministries, nor do we allow slanderous blogs, comments, or personal attacks on others on this site. We fight the devil at EX Ministries, not people. Ephesians 6:12

His response to people that ask why he does not allow comments is interesting. I take it that is also why he does not allow comments on his blog. It seems he feels everything he does under the Ex Ministries banner is God inspired. And he makes it clear he’s not responding to phone or e-mail contact here. The only contact e-mail on his web site is for bookings, I’m not sure where any other e-mail address anyone else might have for him came from. They’re not getting responses and he’s said he would not be responding to phone and e-mails sent to him. But he does have time if you have the money to book him for a speaking engagement!

So I figure that he’s made it obvious I need not bother trying to reach him.

You know I’ve been posting from time to time about YouTube removing accounts of Christians who contend for the faith. Accounts are suspended because those they contend against complain to YouTube and claim something wrong was done. Like use of a short clip of a false teacher’s antics, used for non-profit educational purposes might be treated like copyright abuse rather than Fair Use. Or the person exposed might claim somehow it was inappropriate. And it seems with videos speaking against the cult of Muhammad, I don’t know I guess some “sensitivity” rule is leveraged. Perhaps it’s considered “hate speech” to speak against a cult that serves Satan and denies Jesus Christ is Lord.

Well in this latest course of events, it seems YouTube (aka antichrist servant, but useful tool for some Christians) did a MASS DUMPING of Christian YouTube accounts. All who were speaking against Islam. The accounts removed that I’ve seen videos on were not even accounts that ever did anything other than spoken commentary, so no copyright issues. YouTube dumped them because someone complained and YouTube catered to the cult.

Anyway, you can see all that and more details by going here. VenomFangX got his account back, because of the mass of complaints about his highly popular YouTube channel being suspended. So he’s back, but short a whole lot of videos though. Others did not get their accounts back. I’m not telling you to complain to (antichrist pawn) YouTube, you do what you feel is best. I just want you to remain aware of what some fellow saints experience on YouTube.

This is why I don’t use YouTube for anything more than a secondary video dump. For me it’s nothing more than a cheap means to display a video now and then rather than hosting the video on my own web space and incurring the bandwidth costs. And yes you know I find plenty of good material by others to post about here.

But I’ve said it before and I’m going to say it again now. Please ensure you’ve got secondary options ready, especially when using free services.

update 3/24/2008: Well I was wondering where all that traffic came from. It turns out Michelle Malkin who has had fights with YouTube in the past linked to this post in her post titled “He is risen.” Thank you Michelle for helping get the word out.

This is no surprise to either me or Dazzarai. We know those we speak about don’t like what we do. How many times have various things occurred:

• Remeber Ephesians511?
• Remember the Benny Hinn sweep of YouTube where some lost their accounts?
• Remember Medina S. Pullings crying to YouTube because I posted some of her nonsense to expose her?
• I never made a post about it, but many videos here exposing the cult of Joseph Smith Junior (Mormonism) were from ex-Mormon and former YouTubber “chimyron”. Their YouTube account was closed recently.
• Both my blog, Melvin’s and others doing what we do all seemed to have been cyber attacked around the same time.
• I could go on, but you get the point.

So Dazzarai’s account was suspended by YouTube. Just the latest in a long string of events. How can you keep up with Dazzarai even when he’s having issues with YouTube? Via his blog ChristianityWatch. On his blog you’ll notice a link to a web discussion forum, where you can converse with him.

He’s getting videos setup via other means in the wake of his YouTube account being shut down, but at least he had a “plan B” running in the form of his blog and kept backup copies of his videos in case of this happening.

Any of you calling out false teachers should consider preparing a backup plan in case the service provider shuts you down. You might even want to have more than one presence online, which I especially recommend to you who don’t pay for services you’re using.

There are people who don’t like a lie being exposed, either because they are deluded and feel the lie is truth or they just enjoy keeping a lie going. They will sometimes do various things to prevent truth from being known. Nobody running a site that calls out false teaching should assume their content can’t disappear. Keep backups, consider having an alternate site, whatever you need to prevent losing what you’ve worked hard to put up to the glory of God in Christ Jesus.

It just seems things could head that way in time. If some parents are abusing their children, deal with those parents, but don’t penalize the majority of good parents. And notice the teacher’s union is all for trying to make it harder for parents to home school their children. What’s best for a child is a loving parent, but the teacher’s union feels their way is best. May the Lord’s will be done and please seek to help efforts that do more than meet Israel’s material needs. There is a greater spiritual need and we saints should not shy from that responsibility the Lord has given us to minister the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to Israel. We should also consider the needs of our fellow saints there, who are standing firm and holding to Christ while being persecuted.

The blog Gay Christian Movement Watch notes Obama’s plans to spread heresy. This Liberal US Presidential candidate is not only trying to promote admonition via government. He’s trying to outright change church doctrine. Read the word of warning in the post titled: Pastors: Keep Obama Balaam out of your pulpit! Seeing Obama’s actual plans and considering 1 Corinthians 5:11. It seems to me, that all church elders/pastors would do well to deny Obama any communication, that is made as part of his political campaigning. And you know I’m totally against politicians being given special time and special treatment in church assemblies.

What Obama and others like him are doing is a fierce attack on the church. No it’s not physically violent, but if you read the post at Gay Christian Movement Watch titled, Methods used to spread gay theology, you’ll know why the methods being utilized by people like Obama could be the most poisonous of all. Satan’s children know the only place a righteous standard will be maintained is in the church and they’re working to tear down the church, with tactics on par with Satan in the Garden of Eden.

And Religious Industry big wig Bobby Jones is showing he’s not a man standing on sound doctrine. Just another of the many who will do most anything for personal fame and fortune. See the Gay Christian Movement Watch post titled Gospel’s Dr. Bobby Jones appearing in gay movie. The movie “Dirty Laundry” is winning big awards at “Black” and “Gay” film festivals. Gay Blacks are so happy about this movie. (No pun intended.) The director of the movie is noted in this post on a pro-homosexual blog with the following:

Williams is an executive producer and Boykin is an associate producer on the film. So the film is saturated with homosexuals, praised by homosexuals and noted to contain filth. Filth has sadly become a staple for what are known as “Black comedy” films. It makes the films “Black” for more than just a racial description.

If seems people who desire to embrace homosexuality just can’t accept that the Lord Jesus Christ said from the beginning it’s about One man and One Woman:

This is the very reason why Hotair.com was removed from the blogroll here a while back. While I still hope there are prayers for Hot Air’s Allahpundit, the atheist recruitment had gone far overboard in far too many of his posts and strays far from the message of truth that this blog promotes. So it was best the link be removed.

As Timothy was warned. God’s warning is for us as well.

The nutty Liberal head man at the ADL apparently feels the destruction of Christians by Muslims is not to be spoken against strongly, if keeping quiet will appease Muslims. Foxman does not want the Muslims to get upset and hurt any Jews. This is just ridiculous and shows Foxman does not understand his history. As Spencer notes in the video, the previous attacks on Armenians and lack of remembrance helped inspire Hitler. And guess who Hitler killed a lot of? Jews along with others, but a heck of a lot of Jews. Let a man dare fire an employee for speaking firmly against the Holocaust under any circumstances and the ADL will widely denounce that man. The murder of Armenian Christians was genocide as was the Holocaust.

When madmen arise we’ve got to admit they are MAD and seek to stop them before they kill us all. Appeasement won’t save any group, but only help embolden the enemy to destroy your favorite people too.
