A Good Sermon About Money

by @ 8:25 pm. Filed under The Truth Shall Set you Free!

Given all the lies put out by the false health and wealth prosperity heresy, I felt it would be good to offer an example of a proper sermon about money.

Pastor Eddie Jacks, of Resurrected Baptist Church, here in Chattanooga, TN offered this good message.

The audio is about 1 hour in length.

The Rich Fool

In these times of economic volatility, don’t think like a fool. Don’t let your mind focus on money, always focus on God.

    Hey IC,

It’s good to see you are still contending for the faith. I don’t have time to view the video, but will do so later on. I hope to sign on later and give my thoughts on the video.

Sound and insightful words by this brother. Good to hear that there are still American preachers who can see through the cloak of covetousness worn by so many of the celebrity ministers in our nation.

This is good stuff, IC, and welcome back…it’s been hard out here fighting against the liars, bruh!

This brother sounds like a no-nonsense, straight-up bible teacher (in other words, a relic these days) – and folks are actually “co-signing” on his declarations of truth (the nerve!). This sounds like one of those “old landmark” churches that the pimps say “aren’t relevant for such a time as this”

    Again, welcome back!

Really good preaching. Some true words. GOD IS SOVEREIGN. Good to see you back Bro IC. You were missed.

This is a tragic instance of greed as well as a hard lesson to embrace, if you’re greedy!

People get frustrated and stay out of focus when they are consumed with the gathering of wealth or spending thereof without a regard onto others or God.

When we are rich unto God when we minister onto others out of what we have.

Glad to see you haven’t given up this work.

Well I certainly won’t be “giving up” sharing the Gospel :) . Really it’s just been a matter of adjusted scheduling. But even when there are no more blogs I intend to share the truth as the Lord leads.
