The Silence is Coming to an End. TD Jakes is Being Exposed as a Homosexual.

by @ 4:41 pm. Filed under Nuts on Parade

At this point one witness is speaking openly and don’t be at all surprised if more come forward.

Is Bishop Jakes still GAY?

TD Jakes becomes a conduit for false homosexual theology

Others who know the truth are not to remain silent while leaven grows in what is claimed to be the House of God, 1 Corinthians 5. Considering 1 Timothy 5:19-21 and the fact it is not to be carried out with any partiality, others that know what Richard Youngblood knows should speak up. I’m not telling anyone to accept seeing TD Jakes as a homosexual based off one man’s statements, but you should be aware that Youngblood’s statements have been made openly to the public and consider how softly TD Jakes has been walking on the issue of homosexuality lately. Plenty of details are in the “Related posts” below. Of course even if TD Jakes is the world’s most faithful husband, who never looked at another woman or man since his wedding day. TD Jakes promotes so many false doctrines and heresies, that he’s still very much a man to avoid. That is also in the “Related posts” below.

I’m not asking you to “receive” this accusation, but rather be aware it has been made and don’t be surprised if more come. Given TD Jakes’ other issues, you should already be as far away from him as humanly possible. But it looks like more may be coming and it’s likely to get very ugly. Some of us have known for some time that there were witnesses of this out there and I just wanted you to know that one has spoken. I will leave it there for now, until and unless more witnesses come forward.

I want this “Apostle Youngblood” fellow to provide more details as well as some evidence before I am willing to believe his story. This is not in any way a defense of Jakes character or ministry. Instead, I just don’t want to be burned in another “Snakes In The Pulpit” Melvin Jones instance of a war between people of questionable reputations and motivations. Keep in mind: I am taking this stance despite having heard rumors about Jakes for years, even back when I was still faithfully watching his shows on TBN and The Word Network daily.

IndependentConservative reply on August 29th, 2008 at 5:41 pm :

Did you mean to mention “Melvin Jones”? Melvin never made any posts at all on his blog regarding that book “Snakes In The Pulpit”. (Please correct me if I’m wrong and Melvin Jones is somehow related to the matter.) That book is by Reuben Armstrong and not a book I recommend anyone purchase. But that’s detailed in these other posts:
Did Reuben Armstrong Plagiarize G. Craige Lewis? Snakes in the Pulpit Reads Like Jezebel’s Finest Hour. (*Updated*)

Reuben Armstrong Does a Flip-Flop and Sues Streaming-no-Faith. Previously He Said it was “Best” for the “Business Relationship” to “End”.

IndependentConservative reply on August 29th, 2008 at 5:47 pm :

Also, I know Richard Youngblood is working on a couple of books, one about his life. Which I believe is the one that may have more details. Keep in mind, he is one witness.

healtheland reply on August 29th, 2008 at 7:59 pm :

Rats. Why did I write Melvin Jones? I meant Reuben Armstrong. PLEASE edit my post to remove my slander against Jones, which I assure you was a most grievous error.

IndependentConservative reply on August 29th, 2008 at 9:04 pm :

Well if I did edit your post now, then my comments about Armstrong would not make any sense for being said and it’s good for folks to know the deal about Armstrong.

I think everyone can see in these short comments you made an unintended error and quickly corrected yourself.

You know every time a news article about a pulpit pimp pops up on AJC.com, Reuben Armstrong (or someone working for him) goes into the comments plugging his book.

I have NEVER HEARD T.D. Jake’s say that homosexuality is a sin, or even refer to it as wrong behavior.

If he is gay or not I don’t expect him to come out and say he’s not gay, for the simple fact that it would be perceived that being gay is wrong.

And heaven forbid T.D. Jake’s stand up for anything.

  3. worshipperfound Says:

Mr. Younglood is probably telling the truth. It’s going to be interesting to see if anyone else will be as courageous and come forward. As popular as TD Jakes is in the Christian and secular world, it is going to be a lonely highway. However, the truth must be told.

  4. DL Foster Says:

It takes supernatural courage to do what Richard Youngblood did. Because of his courage, the Holy Spirit will work to empower others to stop this madness in the house of God. Let judgment begin in the house of God.

  5. healtheland Says:

    DL Foster:

Again, I am waiting for more details to come out.

  6. KyleAndrews Says:

    Everyone,

This is so much bigger than Jakes. In fact Job touched on some important points regarding this movement in general which goes beyond Jakes. We shouldn’t be surprised by this happening in the Church. For example we had Haggert, Catholic Priests, and now Jakes. The spectrum is pretty well covered in Christendom. That being said look at all the recent politicians that have been caught recently involved in the same things. Also, as Job pointed out look at all the celebrities engaging in this behavior openly and being promoted on magazine racks. And sadly this is what MANY of our young people are engaging in today. 4% of the population being homosexual today would be a blessing. As a Gen Xer too many young people 30ish and lower are on the down low, openly gay, bisexual, or bi curious. In essence the homosexual movement has sufficiently spread throughout our society.

As I stated this is beyond Jakes in the grand scheme of things. As we all know it will be as in the days of Noah prior to the Lords return. Also, it will be similar to the days of Sodom and Gomorrah. In essence we are witnessing a movement that has penetrated every facet of our society including THE CHURCH, government, schools, media, and television.

Continue to hold fast to the truth and pray. God will not be mocked. His patience however will soon be up and his righteous judgement will come upon this earth.

    In Christ,

    Kyle Andrews

The Bible tells us that the devil is a liar! Who is it that the devil has targeted to discredit? The answer: Preachers and teachers and men of God. I can not and will not believe this trash about TD JAKES and truly believe that whoever would spawn such filth only wants to cause trouble or wants some hush money, you know money to hush his mouth! If you are the abused and suffering person then why go public unless you are just trying to coerce money out of this ministry???? DUH!!!

The problem is that swer rats like this sit and dream up stories whereby they think they can shame popular people into giving them money rather than spill their guts with this sladar they just dreamed up
I hope you are found out and proved to be a liar and since you don;t have anything for a court to levee against perhap jail time would best suit you because your lies are criminal!

That is my opinion. I don’t spend any time in TD JAKES bedroom to know what his preference might be but if he is the “Man of God” that I believe he is, then his choice is a no brainer and it aint you bubba!

IndependentConservative reply on August 29th, 2008 at 10:12 pm :

Russ Reese, I highly recommend you read some of the related posts, so you learn a few things you probably didn’t know about the man you claim is a “Man of God”.

Richard Youngblood has not made any indications at all that he wants any of Jakes’ money.

How about, if you’re abused, you go public so others are not abused and deceived!

Richard Youngblood is just one witness, so for you to totally reject his claim is totally understandable to me. But I wonder what you’ll have to say if more witnesses come forward?

stan reply on August 29th, 2008 at 10:28 pm :

To Russ Reese: Your logic is seriously flawed. If Mr Youngblood wanted hush money, he would not have written what he did, but rather would have threatened to write it, unless he was paid to keep it quiet. That is why it is called “hush money.” For, once it is written, the blackmailer loses his advantage.

IndependentConservative reply on August 29th, 2008 at 11:02 pm :

Not that I’ve ever done it :) , but if I were trying to extort money from someone and I decided to just say something in the public to get at them. I would not do it on a seldom viewed Wordpress.com freebie blog. At the very least I’d be hounding media near Jakes’ home, till I got a reporter to put me on TV with the big spot lights and cameras. And I’d have already done at least one “press conference” to build up the hype in the media. And I’d claim some sort of ongoing mental distress, with a lawsuit filed for damages, so I could try and convince a jury to give me the money I could not get via extortion.

stan reply on August 29th, 2008 at 11:43 pm :

You’re right, IC. His blog is too deep in the outback of the internet to be an effective vehicle for waging a hate campaign against Jakes; so that can’t be the reason.

He sounds sincere, but as long as his story is the only one like that out there, he remains a solitary witness. He will need others with similar experiences to out Jakes before the reading public is convinced that he is a practicing homosexual predator.

The other problem Youngblood opened up for himself was that he did not state that he repented completely of his many adulteries. He should make that clear. Otherwise, it could be seen as a case of accusing another with the same “beam in his own eye.”

truthis reply on September 1st, 2008 at 1:03 am :

I will speak from another point..
you said “If you are the abused and suffering person then why go public unless you are just trying to coerce money out of this ministry?”
.. For those who are sexually abused for example- there is a list of the known perps in each neighborhood. If a coach is messing with my children ..sound the alarm so he does not mess with my son and daughter again. If its true-we expose to stop it!!! So if anyone has been abused by a family member-a trusted person in position..Expose to stop the mess.

  8. key2truth Says:

Russ Reese, all I can tell you is to only put your trust in the living God and not on any man be he a “man of God”. The book of Proverbs 3v5 says it clearly,”Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart…” I won’t be surprised at all if Richard Youngblood’s allegation turns out to be true. You should be aware of the case of Ted Haggart mentioned by IC. Ted was the head of the Evangelicals here in the US and he even had easy access to George Bush Jr. We all have to be aware that in these “last days” the devil is using every weapon in his arsenal to bring every Christian down especially the so called “men of God”. That’s why the bible encourages us to be “self-controlled” and “alert” because the devil is prowling about like a wounded lion seeking for who to devour (1 Peter 5v8).So the devil will use whatever gets you out of control to get you be it sex, money, power etc.The key is to “Resist” him and stand firm in the faith (1Pet.5v9). Remember that Jesus was also tempted but overcame satan with God’s word(Matt.4v1-11).
be mindful of Jesus word in Matt.7v15-23 about wolves in sheep clothing. Today, there are many wolves out there pretending to be sheep. Beware! Jesus even mentioned about them performing miracles, signs and wonders. Beware! the key here is “By their fruit you shall know them”. So if TD JAKES truly mingles with the homosexuals without correcting or rebuking them in line with the truth in the scripture, then I’m wary of what he truly stands for in the first place. I also read some quotes attributed to him about his stand on homosexuality and islam and I must say I was truly disappointed. My advice to all including my humble self is to adhere to Christs teaching in Matt. 10v16 (..Be shrewd as the snakes and innocent as the dove).

  9. key2truth Says:

God’s people we shouldn’t let today’s happenings in the churches wear us down because it was meant to be. Christ foretold about false christs and false prophets (Matt.24v24-25). Moreover, Christ says,”And many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.Because of increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold” (Matt.24v 11-12).
Satan knows that his time is short and judgement is soon to come so he’s trying to claim a lot of victims with him.
    (Rev. 12v12).

  11. truthis Says:

FYI: Hey remember that Jakes was seen by Paul Crouch on tv before he brought him to the international stage..hmph.. Paul Crouch Sr had allegations of homosexuality written in a Chicago paper a few years back. Lord, help us. This is starting to sound like another secret society.

  12. DL Foster Says:

    truthis…that is an astonishing connection.
From what I understand Dottie Rambo was the one who actually brought Jakes to TBN, and on her reccomendation to Paul Crouch, Jakes is led to prominence.

    1. Dottie Rambo was tolerant of homosexual activity. Her daughter and son in law establish a gay friendly church in Nashville http://gcmwatch.wordpress.com/2008/05/13/dottie-rambo-killed-in-tragic-mishap/

    2. Paul Crouch all but admitted his involvement in an adulterous homosexual affair with Lonnie Ford (a convicted child molestor who Crouch gave a choice job as a “phone counselor” at TBN) Ford, by the way was a member of Clarence McClendon’s church and was instrumental in getting McClendon on TBN. http://articles.latimes.com/2004/sep/12/local/me-lonnie12

Does anyone know when Jakes first appeared on TBN?

IndependentConservative reply on September 1st, 2008 at 4:06 pm :

Don’t know when Jakes started with TBN, but you know every time someone posts a video of the old news reports of the TBN/Lonnie Ford scandal anywhere online, those videos “disappear”… Without the text news reports by MSM sources, the entire scandal might be harder to explain to anyone.
