A brother on YouTube who uses the handle “NotYourTypicalNegro” (aka NYTN) has made a video series warning saints about a pulpit pimp the Lord helped him to avoid. It’s a good number of videos and other related material, not short viewing. But I felt it was important to post this here, because saints need to know to avoid T. A. Body and even his wife. What most troubles me about T. A. Body, is that he interfered with a man’s efforts to reconcile with his wife. I mean that puts me at Ephesians 4:26 anger in a major way. Interfering with a man getting help from another elder and making up claims of “church protocol”. That and Darlene Body getting in it too.

T. A. Body, if he fears God, should go to his secretary, NYTN’s wife and tell her, to LEAVE HIM IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK TO RECONCILE WITH HER HUSBAND. If T. A. Body is the cause of division between a marriage, he should seek to remove himself out of the way and let them be together elsewhere. Never have any of them claimed to turn from the faith, so nothing necessitates that either of them remain with T. A. Body, to grow in their walk with Christ. That’s walk with Christ, not walk with T. A. Body.
NotYourTypicalNegro has produced these videos at a major risk, but it’s good he let the truth be known. He also has evidence from a 2nd witness to support his claims. (And he’s had to post these on Google videos, because “somebody” complained and had them removed from YouTube.) So check it all out and please withhold comments till reviewing all of this material in full.
(If any of the videos happens to “stall” while viewing, just manually advance it a few seconds and it should get going again. Worked for me.)
It’s sad and horrible seeing what pulpit pimps do to hurt some marriages.

It is also clear, that some in COGIC know about some things T. A. Body has done, that caused him to run from CA to GA. Given 1 Timothy 5:20, it would have been better for anyone claiming church leadership who knew/knows what he did to rebuke him openly. Instead of T. A. Body being able to run to GA and nobody know what he did. The veil of silence is probably why many continue being hurt by him. Also note 1 Timothy 5:21, the principle of rebuking an elder openly for his transgressions is supposed to be maintained and I would not want to be facing the Lord being someone who knew something T. A. Body did and remained silent while others were hurt.

I listened to all of tapes last night and highly recommend that people listen.
Eye opening information which truly lets people know how powerful certain ministers are with their control factors.

I am just astounded at the level of information NYTN has put forward regarding this old louse! I remember hearing his story regarding his now ex-wife last year on his YouTube account (I was amazed even then).
Quite plainly, every single apsect of what NYTN has pointed out regarding the Bodys is absolutely grotesque beyond measure. Sadly, their conduct is repeated in MANY, MANY churches across this nation, especially since the roots of entitlement at the expense of the adherents is found directly within the WOF circles. This manner of behavior goes on because it is allowed to happen, thus castigating the elders for not reigning Body in as they should have.
I am keenly aware of the points made regarding the manipulation of people’s time, money and talents, guilting people to attend all services, conferences, meetings and participate in auxillaries that do NOTHING to enhance the person, but the overseer of the plantation. There was heavy pressure to tithe, give offerings, give financial gifts for pastoral/church/wedding anniversaries, birthdays and any other event created to fleece. I was once part of TWO “churches” that did this, and witnessed the after-effects of such. This included seeing a divorced gentleman in his early ’40s with shared custody of his young daughter brought to tears from being so overwhelmed with often conflicting responsibilities between multiple church obligations from a demanding “pastor,” work and spending time with his child. The divorce has already left him in a bad financial bind and living with relatives, with the church during more to add nails to this man’s coffin financially and otherwise.
Indeed, people need to place their loyalty in God rather than a man–an organization–that obviously has no respect for personal boundaries.

In addition to tactics of manipulation, intimidation, and domination to control the congregation, there are now TWO INDEPENDENT WITNESSES who have come forward to go on record and allege that T.A. Body MOLESTED THEM IN THEIR TEENAGE YEARS (one repeatedly from age 11 and another approximately 35 years ago at age 13).
The woman who claims to have been molested beginning at age 11 (now in her late 20’s) was a member of my former congregation (The Church of One Accord, Decatur, Georgia). She claims to have text messages, emails, recorded phone conversations, and graphic photos of T.A. Body’s genitals that he apparently sent to her. She has indeed been in contact with the Dekalb County District Attorney’s office as well as COGIC denominational representatives concerning this matter, and is currently exploring her legal options.
The woman who claims to have been molested by him 35 years ago (now in her 40s) says it occurred after meeting him at a COGIC youth conference in Kansas City. She wrote about this incident in her diary back then, and later in a book she wrote about her life. Finding my video series “Profile of an Abusive Church” led to her CONFRONTING T.A. BODY on Sep 11, 2008 ON LIVE RADIO DURING HIS OWN RADIO PROGRAM ON WGUN 1010AM.
I personally know both of these women, and have spoken with them at length. They do not know each other, and their stories are consistent and verifiable by legal standards of evidence.
As I stated in my videos regarding this man, this is just the tip of the iceberg. I’m quite sure there will be a lot more coming out about this man.
I am greatly disappointed.

Absolutely, you may use it. On the web page referenced above is an email from one victim’s husband and another email from the second victim who recently confronted T.A. Body on the air (I am currently working to obtain a copy of that broadcast, and it has proven to be quite difficult for obvious reasons).
Both victims have confronted T.A. Body, and he knows very well who they are (initials MW-H and KR). Most peculiar is the fact that HE HAS FAILED TO DENY THESE ALLEGATIONS — even when confronted about them on LIVE RADIO and by a representative of the DEKALB COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE.
I have information that I am willing to share with you personally, IC, to support my claims. But for privacy and safety reasons, their names must be kept private at this time.
