My brother, keep doing what you are doing. You have blessed me greatly. I have learned a lot from you, and I thank God for the day, almost a year ago, when I began reading this blog. The first blog I came across was Christianity Watch and saved it as a favorite. Then I came a cross Independent Conservative and I also saved it as favorite, I eventually began reading I’m Speaking Truth and was so richely blessed. The other roll over blogs too I consider to be wonderful. Iron sharpens iron. I do my bible study with Apostacy Watch. My daughter has also begin reading the blogs (she wanted to know what I was so excited about), she is 25yrs old and hooked on serving the True and Living God. My brother, let then do as they will, they cannot stop the truth from being preached. Gods’ Will MUST be done. You are all watchmen and your duty is to sound the alarm. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU ALL.

I will pray especially for your counter claim. I had a similar thing happen with some sermons I posted from a Baptist pastor in Ireland. The difference was that these guys alerted me that I’d broken their rather obvious copyright statement and asked me before even thinking of going to YT, which I was grateful for.

Team Hagee are a corporation – they need to keep their market profile and dominance up. Folks like you and I who don’t agree with them and make it obvious are hurting the profits, so you take them out – irregardless of the law.

You’re right. YouTube probably gets hit with more complaints than they can manage or find value in taking any legal risk over themselves. So it’s in their best interests to stay on the path of least resistance. This is primarily the work of Hagee and whatever surrogates he has working on his behalf.

I’ll be putting my counter claim in the mail to YouTube today. Which will be forwarded to Team Hagee, to see if they are confident enough in their claim to keep this up. Either they back off and my account will be restored in a couple weeks, or they keep trying to uphold their claim. If this went before a judge I’m pretty confident I’d win, given 30 seconds (really 29 seconds) of video for educational purposes is totally legit. And it was an example in a full write-up.

If I don’t get the YouTube account back, I’ll post the audio (at least the audio, perhaps the full video), since that is not as much a bandwidth strain as hosting video directly from this site.

Well it doesn’t surprise me. YT are a business and need to protect themselves so I don’t blame them. That said, I will blame John Hagee, because he should know better as a “mand of Gawd”…
