George W Bush meets Pope amid claims he might convert to [Roman] Catholicism.
(Hat tip Michael Savage.)
Well I guess if it happens, we’ve got no reason to be surprised.
(Efforts to promote the cult of Mary are not allowed in comments here, 2 John 1:10-11)

George Bush is not a Christian.
Period.
He’s embraced universalism and thinks there are multiple paths to God.
Good riddance - let the Catholic’s deal with him now
IndependentConservative reply on June 13th, 2008 at 5:05 pm :
Well there’s still time, so there is still a possibility, that one day God will grant him repentance, leading to knowledge of the truth and he’ll come to his senses and escape the snare of the devil.
We can only pray the Lord’s will be done and that Bush be granted repentance if the Lord wills.
At the moment, things look very bad for him.

By the way, the video in your post is no longer available. (”Video removed by user.” Is the message on YouTube.)
speakingtruth reply on June 13th, 2008 at 5:18 pm :
You’re right - we should pray until/unless the other shoe drops in this matter.
And yes, the video was on Youtube. Gee, I wonder what happened?
IndependentConservative reply on June 13th, 2008 at 5:54 pm :
Well he’s not saved now, we know by his own statements. So the other shoe dropped already, once we knew he really embraced Baal we knew he had not honestly found God in truth. He affirmed that pagans have another path to the same god he worships, that’s apostasy. If he joins the cult of Mary, it may indicate him being an agent towards universalism in an even grater role than we thought he might play.
Not sure what happened to the video. You might want to search around, there might be another copy somewhere. I’m not sure what was in the video you had, but I’ve got one in a post that still works and includes Bush saying pagans will go to heaven. Basically Bush is on a works righteousness plan. He thinks a pagan that blows up people will go to hell for following a false god, but a pagan that does not blow up people simply has “another way to God”, apostasy, denies Christ is the ONLY way, the doctrine of Baal.
No Jew, Muslim or anybody is getting into Heaven unless they affirm belief on the Lord Jesus Christ. Nobody without the Son has God, no Son no Father, 1 John 2:23. And those claiming the Son have to know WHO they are claiming is the Son. Because if they don’t get it right, they’re claiming a false God. Like the Soulforce people and Oneness types as BlackCalvinist explains well in one of his videos.

IC:
I saw the priest for hire on Fox News all beside himself with joy over the rumors this morning. They were talking about how Pope Benedict gave Bush a much better reception than is usually given for foreign leaders. I think that Rome has realized that when dealing with democracies and republics, it is better to get ex - presidents and prime ministers lined up than current leaders who will not serve for more than a decade or so.
But please realize that if Bush “converts”, it should come as no surprise because Jeb Bush is already Roman Catholic.
IndependentConservative reply on June 13th, 2008 at 8:08 pm :
Yea.
And did you see in the article what Jeb Bush did back before GWB’s 2000 election win? (Check the whole article out if you didn’t already.)

Sadly, this does not surprise me. While Jeb praying to an idol for his brother, GWB, in 2000, T. Dexter was praying to his “non Trinity -Properity - Holy Rolling” god on behalf of the socialist Albert “my Daddy was a racist” Gore. All of them are on the wrong path….I just throw up my hands and walk away.
