America: Freedom to Fascism, A Movie Worth Viewing.

by @ 12:00 am. Filed under Questionable Items

This is one I’m sure many will take some issue with. I’m not posting about this to encourage anyone to do some of the things noted in the film. But I do want you to be informed and you can make of it as the Lord leads based on prayer and your study of the Word of God. I’m not trying to seek for anyone not to pay their taxes, Romans 13. I’m not trying to have you join the group promoted at the end of the film and YOU KNOW I’m not trying to promote Ron Paul. However the film by now deceased filmmaker Aaron Russo is very interesting.

It is on YouTube in 11 parts:

Being a secular film, of course it seeks answers in works of man and not in everlasting life through the Lord Jesus. It speaks of THE CHIP, which I suspect may well be THE MARK, but short of true faith on Christ, all alive when The Mark is given will accept it.

You know, there is real talk about putting RFID chips into our troops, our children and you too.

Revelation 13:6-18 (New American Standard Bible)

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, that is, those who dwell in heaven.
7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain. 9 If anyone has an ear, let him hear. 10 If anyone is destined for captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of the saints.

11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb and he spoke as a dragon. 12 He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed. 13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men. 14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life. 15 And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed. 16 And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, 17 and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.

God’s Word will be fulfilled, every jot!

The only names in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slain and have been in that book since the foundation of the world, are saints who are saved by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. If you don’t know Jesus, you better start here and begin learning of him. Because only those who believe in Him will be saved. And there is no hope in any other, not even (non Christ believing) groups that are leery of RFID chips. In the end, the Lord will protect His own, which are the saints. And saints, you better keep a watchful eye.

Brilliant! Great video series especially the later videos that address the Federal Reserve. This is a must see by everyone.

This video answers everything. Engineered Socialism to come by bankers who are making money all the way around. These banks are not even fully known as to who they are or how much they make. Think about it. If you create the money and collect the money therefore they can acquire as much money as you want.

I saw this video, and though I live in London, I could that America is headed down a frightening road, and this global credit problem could be a real catalyst for all this…and more as the case may be

I understand why people do not want to tackle this issue. Basically it is very dry and heady if you know what I mean. However, if you are reading my response you need to find the time and desire to understand what is going on. The Fed is right now killing people by proxy into starvation in third world countries. The price inflation you are seeing is directly upon the shoulders of these international bankers who are systematically bringing the world to its knees. What is happening is that the Fed and other countries are printing money at a feverish pace causing massive price inflation. by doing this they are crippling the ability for the common man to purchase the basic necessities. Once this is fully accomplished and complete anarchy ensues the real powers that be can sweep in and take what they want for pennies on the dollar. THE SAME DOLLARS THEY CREATE! We are entering a grave period in this world. Here are two links of interest.

Pretty much everything in this cult film is not only false but downright goofy. And this is a very serious problem. There are many genuine problems with our nation and our government. But getting people chasing after phony issues actually protects the evil-doers. When there are serious matters that need fixing, getting patriots chasing after silly nonsense (1) discredits them so they cannot fix real problems (2) wastes all their time and energy on meaningless issues and (3) is incapable of solving any real problems.

The Federal Reserve is a perfectly ordinary agency of the U.S. Government. People’s foolish fascination with the Federal Reserve KEEPS THEM FROM SOLVING REAL PROBLEMS and putting pressure on the Congress to fix 100 other genuine problems.

The Federal Reserve is a government agency. The Board of Governors is appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. It’s employees are government employees. All of them (including the Board) take the oath of office swearing to uphold the Constitution. They are subject to laws against using their offices for personal gain. They are subject to laws giving full disclosure of their finances.

The member banks under the Federal Reserve Board of Governors are *NOT* private banks. They are also government institutions. They integrate with the banking system by giving “shares” for the purpose of REQUIRING FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS from the banking world to finance Fed operations. Howeve, a private bank holding a “share” has NO voting rights, NO ownership rights, NOTHING.

All government agencies carry out their operations through contracts or grants with private companies. The fact that the Federal Reserve uses private institutions to carry out its activities makes it 100% the same as every other government agency.

  5. JonMoseley Says:

Oh, I forgot… The Federal Reserve also gives regular reports to Congress. The Fed is required to give regular testimony to the Congress.

THE FED ANSWERS TO CONGRESS. THE FED IS DOING EXACTLY WHAT CONGRESS WANTS THEM TO DO.

Now, the Congress and the Fed often can be stupid. Policies and actions by the Fed may be bad economics. But the Fed is doing what CONGRESS created the Fed to do, and exactly what the Congress wants the Fed to do.

You may disagree with individual policies of the Fed = THE CONGRESS. I often disagree. BUT YOU MUST BLAME CONGRESS, NOT THE FED. Why is that so important? Because Congress is set up to answer to the voters. You can lobby Congress. You cannot lobby the Fed. A government agency CANNOT disregard the laws written by Congress so as to listen to your opinions. They have no choice but to follow the laws Congress enacted. So you cannot lobby them.

  6. IndependentConservative Says:

OK JonMoseley, since much of the movie is false, please show us the Federal Law that authorized our current system of taxation?

  7. IndependentConservative Says:

JonMoseley, you really trust men, that’s a sad thing.

But let me ask you this, never mind that movie. What is going to happen to your soul when you die and what is your source of authority for your feeling that way?

  8. JonMoseley Says:

What does my comment have to do with trusting men? If someone claims that person A robbed a bank… when in fact they did not rob a bank, I am going to tell the truth. I trust in what is true and am honor-bound to the truth. It makes no difference if person A is a good person or a bad person. If A did not actually rob the bank, I am not going to lie and say he did.

I do not trust our government or the people in it. However, it is simply false that the Federal Reserve plays any role in what is wrong with the USA. And time and energy wasted on the Fed, is time and energy that is NOT spent EFFECTIVELY to truly change our country. If you want to see our country changed for the better, talking about the Fed is a sure way to KEEP the status quo, because the Fed is not relevant to the urgent problems facing the U.S.

As to me, you assume that because I refuse to lie about a person, therefore I trust that person or seem them as an authority. On the contrary, it is because I fear God that I will not call someone guilty if they are innocent nor innocent if they are guilty. I do trust in the saving substitionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ, as God, paying for my sins.

  9. IndependentConservative Says:

And your answer to my question about taxation, given you claim much of the movie is false?

  10. KyleAndrews Says:

    John Moseley,

Here is a direct quote from PBS news hour with Jim Lehrer and then Chairmen Alan Greenspan.

JIM LEHRER: What is the proper relationship, what should be the proper relationship between a chairman of the Fed and a president of the United States?

ALAN GREENSPAN: Well, first of all, the Federal Reserve is an independent agency, and that means, basically, that there is no other agency of government which can overrule actions that we take. So long as that is in place and there is no evidence that the administration or the Congress or anybody else is requesting that we do things other than what we think is the appropriate thing, then what the relationships are don’t, frankly, matter. And I’ve had very good relationships with presidents.

Jim you need to read up on these things man. Also, why don’t you address my first post. You avoided answering my questions and reading the articles presented. These are ALL legitimate websites which I got my info from. I’ll be waiting for your response.

    Kyle

  11. JonMoseley Says:

Well, you may love PBS or even Greenspan, but this quote is contrary to what the law says. You can actually read the Federal Reserve Act for yourself. It requires the Federal Reserve to report to Congress I think every 6 months, and more extensively annually, and requires the Fed Chairman to testify before Congress. The main reason you heard so much about Greenspan is news coverage of his testimony before Congress. And the purpose for this testimony is so that Congress can CHANGE the law governing the Federal Reserve whenever needed. Congress has the power to modify the Federal Reserve Act any time they want. And that is the reason for the reports and testimony to Congress. Everyone knows that the Fed is doing exactly what the Congress wants it to do. Sometimes what Congress wants the Fed to do is dumb. But blame Congress (who has to answer to the voters and might actually listen).

  12. JonMoseley Says:

Our current system of taxation is authorized by the 16th Amendment to the Constitution.

If you want to argue that the government SHOULD NOT tax so much, I will join you. If you want to argue for the repeal of the 16th Amendment, I will join you. But if you try to defy reality, WHERE DO YOU EXPECT THAT TO GET YOU? What baffles me is how much time and energy is W A S T E D on discussions that have no positive end game.

Even if it were true that the 13th Amendment was not validly ratified, WHERE DO YOU THINK THIS GETS YOU…?

The Courts have already REJECTED this challenge, repeatedly. The government will never admit it was not validly ratified. EVEN IF THEY DID, THE STATES COULD GO OUT AND RE-RATIFY IT TOMORROW. How hard would it be to find just 1 more liberal, tax-and-spend state to re-ratify the amendment?

So why are people wasting so much time and energy going down a dead end? If the courts will never agree with you (they have already ruled), how does this benefit you?

  13. JonMoseley Says:

    Sorry I meant 16th Amendment.

  14. KyleAndrews Says:

    Jon,

Your still avoiding my questions in the first post regarding the two articles I submitted. Also, you didn’t rebut what Greenspan said you merely parroted the same “every 6 months………….”

    Kyle

  15. JonMoseley Says:

I said that Greenspan is flat wrong. The Federal Reserve Act specifies the accountability of the Federal Reserve Board to Congress. “Independent agencies” are sued all the time in Federal courts and ordered by Federal courts to change their decisions to conform to the laws passed by Congress. If you believe that the Fed ever takes any action different from the laws Congress enacted, you too can go to Federal court (as many others have done before you) and the Court will order the Federal Reserve to comply with the law passed by Congress.

The point of your complaint is also obscure. “Independent agencies” are created by Congress, by Congress’ choice. It is once again Congress who is to blame, if you don’t like either the system of such agencies in general or a particular example. There are dozens of such agencies. Is it a bad idea? Yes. But it was Congress who set it up that way.

Do you imagine that independent agencies created themselves? That idea would be typical of the nonsense shown in the videos. But it was Congress who set up the Federal Reserve.

And Congress could close it down tomorrow.

GUESS WHAT? Congress doesn’t want to close down the Federal Reserve Bank.

As to taxes, you asked what Federal law authorizes the system of taxation we currently have. The 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is “the supreme law of the land.” If there was another question, I missed it.

  16. IndependentConservative Says:

Wrong answer Jon. You’ve proven you don’t really understand our government or our Constitution. It is the 16th Amendment that proves our current system of taxation via the IRS to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

At this point you’re too unlearned on these things to understand anything me or Kyle might tell you. So I’ll just say you have a right to your own opinion and leave it there.

Given you claim Christ, I think you understand that is more important than political affairs and hope you understand that was my primary concern for you as it is for everyone. Still, you need to be wary of efforts to do things like implant chips in people. God’s Word makes it clear as I’ve already pointed out, that The Mark is coming and if you accept it thinking you can trust some man made law, you’ll only prove you’re not the Lord’s and will have committed an unpardonable sin.

  17. JonMoseley Says:

Sorry it is not the answer you want to hear, but it is the answer that is the TRUTH. As an attorney for 11 years, after many years before that in business and politics, I am very learned in these things. The 16th Amendment makes the current system of taxation constitutional. Remember that all of these Articles include the further power of Congress to implement the Amendment, giving wide discretion to Congress.

First, the courts have repeatedly ruled exactly as I described. So what’s your game plan? You want to make an argument that is a proven loser in court? To what end? To whom are you going to make this argument? Not to the courts. They have already said no. Not to politicians. They disagree on the facts and don’t want to give up the taxes on political terms.

Is the current tax system WISE? Well, that’s a totally different story. Too many people want to attack a policy they disagree with by FALSELY claiming it to be unconstitutional. You do understand, clearly, I hope that there are a great many things that are WRONG, even dumb, and yet still constitutional? There are many decisions that are within the power of Congress, and yet Congress makes dumb decisions.

Can “The Mark” come in any country, including our own? Yes. But that has nothing to do with what is constitutional or not. The anti-Christ is certainly not going to feel restrained by what is legal or illegal.

  18. IndependentConservative Says:

The Mark WILL be in ALL nations.

You’re an attorney and you still didn’t read the entire 16 Amendment. That’s sad. Because it says a lot more than giving powers of taxation to Congress. The method they must adhere to also must comply with the 16 Amendment, which is not the case with the IRS.

You’re playing to the hands of greed and don’t even realize it. From taxation, to your belief bankers are not controlling the Federal Reserve Bank.

Jon, were politicians corrupt throughout scripture?

In Nehemiah 5 was it found that charging interest caused a nation to feed on its self?

Yet our government not only allows unbridled usury, it even is allowing usury by way of paying interest on money it has BANKS print.

Where in your Bible does it say you’ll make things in our time better? Or does your Bible prophesy things will get worse?

  19. JonMoseley Says:

I think that those who do not want to pay taxes are motivated as much if not more by greed than those who want to collect taxes. I believe the government does too many things it should not do, and in the process of doing what it should do wastes gigantic amounts of money unnecessarily. As a result, it taxes more than it should. And this UNNECESSARY taxation is wrong, both politically, practically, morally, and spiritually.

However, the anti-tax movement is overwhelmingly dominated by greed. It is all about greed. It really is not about any high-minded political ideals…. just a desire for the acquisition of wealth, without having to pay for the roads, security, safety, safe drugs and foods that we all enjoy.

I have and will advocate for cutting government spending, by eliminating waste and eliminating things that the government should not do. I believe that cutting taxes stimulates the economy and brings in more revenue to the government from a healthier economy (as well as letting people keep more of what they earn).

But the argument that people should not have to pay *ANY* taxes, at least not income taxes, is not a selfless argument. It is an argument of materialistic greed. Less taxes, based on the government is wasting money, sure. Less taxes, based on government should stop doing certain things, sure. But the argument that taxes are in their nature illegitimate is simply an argument for not wanting to pay one’s fair share of the cost of civilization.

In looking at the Bible, we must be careful to distinguish between what WE will do and what GOD will do. We must never tire of trying to make things better. There will come a time when God closes the curtain, and when God allows things to get worse. But it is not our place to play God. Our job is to forever try to do good for our fellow man. When God sets a timetable for events in history, that is God’s decision — not mine or yours. When God chooses to pull the plug on the Earth, let Him find us in the midst of trying to do good.
