Job has this one covered and I could not agree more with his warning.
We should realize from this current election cycle where BOTH the “religious right” and the “religious left” have been pushing people FROM THE START that are a total mess, that something is wrong with both “camps”. And the “Jesus camp” activity is stuff I’ve been warning about here for a long time. Pray for those children and those adults too.
Although previously against the use of torture as an interrogation technique. Once confronted with a man who attempted to blow him up and unable to get answers from the man once in his custody. King James decided to use degrees of torture, to uncover details about a plot that nearly destabilized England.
Of course if they kept playing nice, we never would have known the details and it might have allowed the Jesuits to more easily attempt another plot in the future.
