Many of These Religious Industry Singers Want to Sing You Straight to Hell!

by @ 11:58 pm. Filed under Nuts on Parade

There, I said it. Because it’s the truth. The singers are nothing more than the court jesters of the false prophets and false themselves. That’s why they all roll together. They’re all about making merchandise of the gospel, but it’s fast becoming something other than “gospel”. Want (even more) proof? Check out this post over at Gay Christian Movement Watch.

IC, Kirk Franklin has this new song that I’ve just heard on the radio.  It sounds like he sampled it from that 70’s hit "This is it" with Micheal McDonald a mix it with gospel.  A few years back, Yolanda Adams and Donnie McClurkin did a song together which I believe is called "Pray".  Have you ever heard of Israel Houghton and the New Breed?  I guess that what I wanted to say that to be truthful, I have enjoyed listening to them and there have been other artists as well.  Why lie and kid myself and Him?  Kirk Franklin did add a secular mix to the song, that he did.  I am not looking forward to damnation at all, but it would really be a good thing to find music today that would please God.

I have not purchased any of the Religious Industry materials in years.  I have no idea who Israel Houghton and the New Breed are.  No need to tell me who they are 🙂 .

IC, I have a question.  I was looking at Healtheland’s website and it was discussing MacArthur.  I caught a little bit of the tape because I have a malfunction on my audio.  MacArthur states that music is not worship and I do recall you speaking about being caught up in emotionalism on this site.  My question is that the bible speaks about praising Him in hymns and Moses and the people sang.  David was a songwriter with hymns.  I don’t mean to sound facetious, but are you guys saying that it is best to leave this music alone until Jesus comes and just read His word?  I just wish I knew what to do.

To add IC, I was reading at another website that says that not every music that you think is good, is good for a lot of the music nowadays is of the devil.

I have not heard what MacArthur said, although I respect the man.  I listen to music.  And not just "gospel".  Oh my gasp…  (No I’m not like some who claim if you listen to a song that was not made for Christ you’re going to hell, but I do try to listen to things that are not sinful.)  However, what is put out to the masses is entertainment, it caters to the flesh, it’s made to sound good for sales.  Hence the stuff you mentioned with music being made that sounds secular.  Whatever sells is the ticket for them.  Read my post Peddling the Faith with Bones and Thugs. (*Updated*)  It might help.

I’m not anti-music.  I’m not like some that ban instruments from a church assembly.  I’m just saying the Religious Industry is just that.  It’s about MONEY, not God.  It uses people who love the Lord for the sake of being just like the celebrities of the world, award  shows included.

As I read, I do see what you mean about the ugly side of the gospel.  Yolanda Adams sung John Lennon song ‘Imagine’.  Lennon was very anti-christ.  He said that the Beatles were greater than Jesus Himself.  For her to sing that song, something is definitely wrong.  I know and believe that God has made everything good on this earth for the book of Genesis said so.  The enemy took God’s creation and made it evil and that includes music.  I didn’t mean to sound facetious when I said do we postpone music in our lives until He comes.  This age of apostasy can drive you off the wall sometimes.  Therefore, you pray and ask God for guidance.  Many people do not know that rock and roll music is demonic and created using witchcraft.  You have a posting which I clicked to about how false prophets use hypnotism to induce emotionalism.  What about the word of God?  That is definitely needed for that is your weapon.
