I am STUNNED at this mans arrogance in the face of God! I knew he was bad but does he have NO shame?! Or brains!? He is being investigated but so what! Its like he’s challenging the FCC for real. Making promise after promise of life long financial security if you give in ten minutes and then threatening the ones that aren’t with ruin?
The material they are placing on their podcast appears to be new. It’s the "west coast" material they’ve been mostly putting there. Earlier in the day it looks like they are airing repeats of old pimp footage. I guess if the people giving the money have not figured it out, they figure they can run the same game repeatedly. Every time they play the tape, the anooooting is refreshed for that moment .
I think most of it is recorded actually. At least it may have been recorded in the past week or so. A friend of my wife lives in California and has taken a temp job working at the call center for TBN. She’s there during the day-time though, and therefore can’t really vouch for the evening brodcasts, but she says that the daytime stuff is all re-broadcast stuff. Myself, I wouldn’t put it past TBN to have pre-recorded all the the stuff that even "appears" new, and just be faking the numbers at the top of the screen – it’s hard to tell whether or not they’re legit.
Fortunately, my wife is starting to see some of these people for the vipers that they are. She wouldn’t put it in those terms, I figure, but she’s atarting to realize that there’s some things with these folks that "just ain’t right". In the process, she’s been sharing the recent news from here and other sources with her friends. She said her friend in CA isn’t as rosy-eyed about this TBN-gig as she first was, but she says "it’s good money".
Yeah, I’m sure there’s a lot of things a young woman can do in CA that are good money and probably just as "edifying" to the soul. *shiver* God’s starting to wake people up.. I just pray that more will wake up sooner rather than later.
Benny Hinn is the Devil’s Disciple. My God is a loving God who does not deny His love and protection from those who believe in Him and even those who do not. His love is neverending. I believe even Benny Hinn will be forgiven his deceptive ministering – though he may have to face his many lies and see the damage he has caused to millions of people who took his lies to be truth. When it comes to collecting money, what you saw is Benny Hinn’s whole bag of tricks! He’s been running the same game for a very long time.
This is why the pimp-a-thons need continual in depth coverage. Because these guys say THE MOST OUTLANDISH LIES in an effort to fleece the sheep!
