And let me show you how they are the thorns, because as Jesus said, they are focused on material riches.

Matthew 13:22 (New American Standard Bible)

22 "And the one on whom seed was sown among the thorns, this is the man who hears the word, and the worry of the world and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

Well I guess I should just toss out all the comments on this blog and messages I've received where people say they've been helped to get away from false doctrines via this blog. Because you say I'm not acting in love. Well you said that you are going to do more research, so it seems some good has come from the effort.

Jesus is love and he could be found both in the temple and with the “multicultural” as you call them.

Where do I use the term "multicultural"? Please quote the statement back to me where I have.

...I found that they have in fact given a lot back to their community including the new gym they have opened to the public and the local youth

And a public gym spreads the gospel how? I'm going to check in my Bible and see if the Apostles ever planted any gymnasiums :D . $5 million and the best that can be shown for it is a gymnasium? How about using $5 million to help people with NEEDS. How many saints are in need of food, shelter and medical care today? How did we go from Jesus and His disciples giving to the poor and clothing the naked, to gymnasiums? I think the gymnasium only bolsters my position that they're the wrong people to give to. Unless you feel a gymnasium is better than feeding, clothing and helping the poor with medical needs. (A gymnasium, I'm just shocked you'd even come here with that!)

Search the scriptures, false teachers were always given harsh words. For your sake, I've reviewed my statements above and see nothing wrong with them. I find the tone to be appropriate for the false teaching displayed by vipers who live to fill their bellies off the backs of the saints.

If you think I relfect the Pharisees or Saducees, you've not well studied them. The Pharisees lived for money and wanted to maintain a system that kept their leaders rich. The Saducees were so out in left field they didn't even beleive in a ressurection. Seriously, take some time to study the Pharisees and Saducees, because you really don't understand who they were/are.

...that this is no excuse for some of the music coming from our old traditional churches. What we send to the Lord should not be dry and laborious.

A shame you don't understand the love expressed in those songs you call "dry". If you can't enjoy a song like The Old Rugged Cross being sung in an "old traditional" church, you just don't well appreciate the inner truth of such songs. You seem to prefer perhaps something that entertains YOU. If it entertains YOU and excites YOU, than it is pleasing to God, is that how it works? You might need to rethink why you get up on Sunday morning! I don't have a problem with old or new songs, so long as they are to praise the Lord rather than my own emotions!

Those false apostles are the Pharisees pushing legalistic bondage of 10%+, they are the thorns and may the Lord help you to see it!

Im the kind of person who remains open because everyone knows that no ministry or minister is perfect as long as it is on this earth. So I began to read what you said because there has been a lot of talk in the upstate about this church and the "apostles" that lead it. Some of the things you said about tithing and about seducing with music were worth looking into except your communication is so full of hate and resentment that it is hard for me to listen to you criticize this ministry because your own ministry does not line up with the word of God. Please read all of this comment, as I have yours, before you get angry and lash out. I don't go to this church but like you I had my concerns.

Jesus is love and he could be found both in the temple and with the "multicultural" as you call them. When I research this RWOC, they may have raised $5,000,000 but I found that they have in fact given a lot back to their community including the new gym they have opened to the public and the local youth. The only thing I see coming from your ministry is hatred, insults, thorns, and thistles. The Bible says you know a person by their fruit. The seeds that you are growing will not produce a good return I'm afraid. I am going to pray for you because if Jesus gave you a ministry, this can not be the way He wants you to deliver it. How do I know?...because it does not reflect Jesus or any of His followers. It reflects the Pharisees and Saducees.

What you said about music is worth researching. There are a lot of false prophets out there who have learned the ways of the world, appealing to senses and flesh and toying with the minds of the weak. I do know, however, that this is no excuse for some of the music coming from our old traditional churches. What we send to the Lord should not be dry and laborious. We should give our very best. Music can be a transmitter of the anointing and not the anointing itself. Music is used as one of the tools of worship.

I don't know what to tell you about Obama. I'm watching and praying. We have to be wary about anyone who uses Jesus concepts but not His name. But as for you you, if you use His name, you should use His charachter. The only people He discouraged were those who had no intentions of loving or helping anyone else but instead constantly kept people in a legalsitic bondage of law, criticism, and judgement. That, my friend, is one of many charachteristics of the antichrist. I love you and be blessed.

So called evang.jeffk,

criticizing ministries simply because they are bigger than youurs and you are jealous.

Well we know right off that you have no discernment. It's impossible for a man such as myself, who does not claim to be leading a church group to be jealous. Because I don't have a desire for a big building. I'm not a "pastor" and I have not claimed a title like "evangelist". I'm a man saved by grace, who warns saints about people such as the Carpenter's, Obama and YOU.

First off hot shot can I call you hot shot, I will anyway first off you try to twist scripture to support your own views while ignoring important scriptures suchas oh I dont know lets look at what you are doing compared to scripture.

Well deluded defender of false doctrine, I'll call you that given it fits.

I find what I'm doing is very much supported by scripture, (Ephesians 5:11) it's called contending for the faith, Jude 1, against preachers of money, 2 Peter 2. The real faith, not the fraudulent front you put up!

1. Judging Now I remember someone in the bible who could it be OH YEAH JESUS said “Judge not lest ye be judged. I just cant find the scripture where Jesus said Peter go tear down every ministry that is not like yours or in your case bigger. I do however find where the disciples came and said Lord there is one who preaches but is not with us and his response was come on you know this one… If he is not against us he is with us.

False evangelist Jeff, you are a false teaching HYPOCRITE! You claim it's wrong for me to "judge", yet you've come here casting judgement upon me YOURSELF. I'll keep on doing what I'm doing. Because I read far enough in my bible, to make it to the part where God through Christ by way of the Holy Spirit, has Paul tells saints in Corinth to judge those inside and avoid practitioners of covetousness, 1 Corinthians 5:9-13. And where Timothy is instructed to flee people promoting godliness as a means for gain, 1 Timothy 6. If you can find in your Bible where the man the disciples saw was preaching prosperity doctrine I'll start teaching it too! But it's a false doctrine and somebody, yea JESUS spoke of it as being in THORNS, Matthew 13.

2. Touching Gods annointed...

You're pathetically deluded. But read this and perhaps the Lord will through the Holy Spirit help you come to knowledge of the truth: “Touch Not My Anointed”..The command of God or the cries of the misled??

Again that lack of discernment on your part is showing. My response to you, you false teaching practitioner of strong delusion, is that I'm not trying to kill anybody. And if you see me pick up a stone and toss it at someone call the police! You mock in saying:

...we dont fit your traditional views from grandmas day.

Grandma is with the Lord and you better stop and read 1 Timothy 6 because you're representing something other than Christ with what you're promoting, in your defense of prosperity pimps.

3. Sowing hate and discord among the brethren. Now I know there is something in the bible about this one sure is in Proverbs ch. 6 to be exact and what do you know God hates this hmm.

Proverbs 6:16-21 (New American Standard Bible)

16 There are six things which the LORD hates,
Yes, seven which are an abomination to Him:
17 Haughty eyes, a lying tongue,
And hands that shed innocent blood,
18 A heart that devises wicked plans,
Feet that run rapidly to evil,
19 A false witness who utters lies,
And one who spreads strife among brothers.
20 My son, observe the commandment of your father
         And do not forsake the teaching of your mother;
    21 Bind them continually on your heart;
         Tie them around your neck.

1) Haughty eyes - You better take a look at YOU and others promoting prosperity doctrine and seeking bigger buildings!
2) Lying tongue - You and the Carpenter's LIE about the very Word of God and promote false doctrines of MONEY.
3) Hands that shed innocent blood - The Carpenter's promote Obama, who is all for allowed the shedding of innocent blood in the womb to REMAIN LEGAL. And you come here in defense of them.
4) A heart that devises wicked plans - Given points 1-3 above point 4 is a given.
5) Feet that run rapidly to evil - And how swiftly those of your ilk run to promote your false teachings.
6) A false witness who utters lies - That would be you, the Carpenter's and even Obama who all bear false witness in your mangling of the Word of God.
7) And one who spreads strife among brothers. - You attempt to claim it's me, but we see you are the one who has come to continue promoting strife. In the same error Paul told Timothy about in the scripture I've already noted for you above, 1 Timothy 6. Always constant friction with you who promote doctrines of money gain.

And notice that Proverb (Proverbs 6:20) does not say to mock grandma, but to observe the teachers of our father and mother. Certainly that does not mean someone who truly fears God should mock the teachings of their father's mother or mother's mother.

...a man of God who has won more to Christ in a week than you have probably in your life.

You mean making them twice sons of hell with false doctrine than before they met him, after he traveled land and sea just to make one proselyte, Matthew 23. You devourers of widow's homes and binders of legalism, claiming people must pay 10%, telling them they must give to a $5 million building and seek 7 fold from Satan, you're on a highway to hell and don't even know it.

Grandma is with the Lord and you better stop and read 1 Timothy 6 because you’re representing something other than Christ with what you’re promoting, in your defense of prosperity pimps.

3. Sowing hate and discord among the brethren. Now I know there is something in the bible about this one sure is in Proverbs ch. 6 to be exact and what do you know God hates this hmm.

Proverbs 6:16-21 (New American Standard Bible)

16 There are six things which the LORD hates,
Yes, seven which are an abomination to Him:
17 Haughty eyes, a lying tongue,
And hands that shed innocent blood,
18 A heart that devises wicked plans,
Feet that run rapidly to evil,
19 A false witness who utters lies,
And one who spreads strife among brothers.
20 My son, observe the commandment of your father
And do not forsake the teaching of your mother;
21 Bind them continually on your heart;
Tie them around your neck.

1) Haughty eyes – You better take a look at YOU and others promoting prosperity doctrine and seeking bigger buildings!
2) Lying tongue – You and the Carpenter’s LIE about the very Word of God and promote false doctrines of MONEY.
3) Hands that shed innocent blood – The Carpenter’s promote Obama, who is all for allowed the shedding of innocent blood in the womb to REMAIN LEGAL. And you come here in defense of them.
4) A heart that devises wicked plans – Given points 1-3 above point 4 is a given.
5) Feet that run rapidly to evil – And how swiftly those of your ilk run to promote your false teachings.
6) A false witness who utters lies – That would be you, the Carpenter’s and even Obama who all bear false witness in your mangling of the Word of God.
7) And one who spreads strife among brothers. – You attempt to claim it’s me, but we see you are the one who has come to continue promoting strife. In the same error Paul told Timothy about in the scripture I’ve already noted for you above, 1 Timothy 6. Always constant friction with you who promote doctrines of money gain.

And notice that Proverb (Proverbs 6:20) does not say to mock grandma, but to observe the teachers of our father and mother. Certainly that does not mean someone who truly fears God should mock the teachings of their father’s mother or mother’s mother.

…a man of God who has won more to Christ in a week than you have probably in your life.

You mean making them twice sons of hell with false doctrine than before they met him, after he traveled land and sea just to make one proselyte, Matthew 23. You devourers of widow’s homes and binders of legalism, claiming people must pay 10%, telling them they must give to a $5 million building and seek 7 fold from Satan, you’re on a highway to hell and don’t even know it.

Since my friend above does not feel the need to comment and I agree, However I amsick and tired of you people criticizing ministries simply because they are bigger than youurs and you are jealous. First off hot shot can I call you hot shot, I will anyway first off you try to twist scripture to support your own views while ignoring important scriptures suchas oh I dont know lets look at what you are doing compared to scripture. So what are you doing
1. Judging Now I remember someone in the bible who could it be OH YEAH JESUS said "Judge not lest ye be judged. I just cant find the scripture where Jesus said Peter go tear down every ministry that is not like yours or in your case bigger. I do however find where the disciples came and said Lord there is one who preaches but is not with us and his response was come on you know this one... If he is not against us he is with us.
2. Touching Gods annointed which even though Saul was evil , David refused to touch him. Tried to kill him, chased him all over, made him hide in exile but still David refused to touch him. It is amazing to me how people overlook or even better try to justify this one let me guess your response he (Apostle Ron) is not annointed... to which I respond I am sorry I did not realize I was dealing with God himself your highness. Where do you and others like you get off telling people they are false or not annointed because we dont fit your traditional views from grandmas day.
3. Sowing hate and discord among the brethren. Now I know there is something in the bible about this one sure is in Proverbs ch. 6 to be exact and what do you know God hates this hmm. So what did we learn hot shot I mean your highness? We learn in your judgemental thinking you are God mind that you have broken 3 of Gods laws yourself so are you false maybe just deceived you must be to think that God is ok with you tearing down a man of God who has won more to Christ in a week than you have probably in your life. My advice repent or get saved and pray for this man of God and the rest you criticize because they are trying to build what you are working so hard to tear down

So basically Tdktdw, you're saying you are incapable of answering my direct questions to you, because you know actually using the Bible would disprove you? And that you only go where you feel you're coming into money and such, because to not go to such a place would be "vain"? And you also live in a state where you feel "anointing" comes and goes.

Well tdktdw, like I told you before:

I’m here to help you out of it if you’re willing to learn.

But you're too busy enjoying being pimped.

The "anointing" of the Holy Spirit is not temporal. The anointing granted a Christain does not come and then leave as under the old covenant. Tdktdw, let me tell you about the anointing I have, it never leaves, because it is inside of me, sealing me in Christ and guides me to truth, 1 John 2:27 and Ephesians 1:13-14.

When you attempted to cite Psalm 103:9, I HOPE you were not trying to claim that is evidence anointing can leave a Christian.

Please understand, people. I have not responded to the post because I have not visited this website since I left my last post. It is not wise to debate even the Word of God with those who have no knowledge and/or experience with that which they debate. I know what I know because I have seen, heard, and experienced the power of God working in my life according to his Word. I have listened to the Word that my Apostle has taught and have applied the teaching to my life and have had excellent results (Glory to God). I will not attend a church where there is no evidence or proof of the power of God moving. To do so would be in vain. Yes, all credit for all blessings is giving to God and God alone, but I honor my leaders for being obedient vessels that are used to bring God's word to the people of God.
What you all need to learn is that NO Man is perfect, nor is there Anyone who operates under the anointing of God at ALL Times. Even the Word says the Spirit of God will not chide with man always. Learn to separate the man from the Anointing, and you won't be so caught up in this Christian Tabloid and in the discord that it sows among the brethern.
Again, I did not respond and WILL not respond because it is pointless to do so- not because I agree with the point of view of the commenter, but because I have enough wisdom to know when to let something go and to let one believe whatever they choose to. Without firsthand experience, you can never know anyway.
Be blessed.

tdktdw - 2 questions for you to start,

1 - From scripture, what are the requirements for someone to be viewed as an "apostle"? What criteria did the apostles in scripture use themselves?

2 - When did the apostles EVER use the word "tithe"?

I know you read the post above, but you'd do well to click the links in the post above and learn more before you speak.

Regarding Matthew 4:17, Jesus was speaking of Himself, you cannot make a Kingdom that is the Lord's to bring Himself, read Luke 17:20-37.

Regarding Matthew 7:1-5, I see this clearly, because I've been where you are now and the Lord showed me the truth. Such as false claims of apostelship, false tithes and false teaching on the Kingdom of the Lord and its coming. I'm here to help you out of it if you're willing to learn.

The kingdom is the Lord's and the coming inheritance of those who love Him, Matthew 25:31-46. This is not something you or Obama can create.

How many times have the so-called apostles Carpenter spoken in "tongues" to an unbeliever in their native language?

1 Corinthians 14:20-25, which was the fulfillment of Isaiah 28:11-12. The "this people" receiving the sign in tongues were the unbelieving Jews. What you are seeing done in your assembly is nothing but mere babble. True tongues would involve speaking to an unbeliever in their native language. But the Carpenters rely on the lack of education and training in their assembly to swindle you and lock you to false teaching, like paying 10%, when nobody in scripture EVER paid 10% of wages from labor. Read the references I've provided you about tithing in the post above and learn something. You're being taken for a fool's ride.

Spoken like a true critic- someone who knows all about the church but has never attended long enough or often enough to make an intelligent and accurate conclusion!
First of all regarding the "falseness" of my apostles- yes, I say apostles, here a few truths you missed: It has NEVER been taught either out of the mouths of Ron or Hope Carpenter, nor ever IMPLIED that our salvation lies anywhere except in Jesus Christ. That is a fact. Second of all, we do experience quiet time during the service when we pray - without music, and it is often reineated that the Anointing is not in the music, but in our Spirit. It is also taught that we are Anointed by the Holy Ghost, so please do not represent that it is taught there that the Anointing is in the music.
The church is growing. Yes, some do come for the music and the shouting, but let's be real- You will find some of them at EVERY church, esp Pentacostal churches! But the same is not true for all. My holiness is dependent upon and ONLY upon my relationship with God and faithfulness to his Word. Don't get it twisted. I don't know how often you've attended RWOC and if you paid any attention while there. I can't imagine that you did considering the amount of criticism you've managed to spew. With that much rejection in your heart, how can you receive anything from God?
Second of all, regarding the "kingdom" that is referred to, look in the Word. The Kingdom of God is at hand. That is the kingdom Apostles Ron and Hope refer to. The Kingdom on earth is the Kingdom that will be when Christ returns. This is what we are preparing for. Not some kingdom of Satan that you have twisted with your own thinking and opinion. I don't know about you, but I plan to be with Christ when he returns!
Regarding Obama, Let him work out his own salvation with fear and trembling. Neither you nor me nor Apostles Ron and Hope have to give account to God for him on the day of judgment. It is my job to focus on my life and you to focus on you to be sure you can give a good account or be sent into "outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
You like scripture, so here's a Word for you. Enjoy.
Malachi 3:8-12; Matthew 4:17; Matt 6: 9-13; Matt 7: 1-5; Prov 4: 5-7; I Corinthians 12-13 (all verses). When you feel there is trouble in the body of Christ, Pray for the body, don't criticize it. The same one you step on today will be the same one that prays you out tomorrow.

You like scripture, so here’s a Word for you. Enjoy.
Malachi 3:8-12; Matthew 4:17; Matt 6: 9-13; Matt 7: 1-5; Prov 4: 5-7; I Corinthians 12-13 (all verses). When you feel there is trouble in the body of Christ, Pray for the body, don’t criticize it. The same one you step on today will be the same one that prays you out tomorrow.
