Hate Crimes Legislation Could be Easily Spun into Persecution for Christians

by @ 11:45 am. Filed under Evangelicals Under Attack

The American Family Association has found video footage of how Christians in Merry Old England are suffering now that they’ve got a form of so-called Hate Crimes Legislation. When watching the video, keep in mind the other cases mentioned in addition to this one. Also note, that although the Christians eventually won, it was at great time and legal expense. If they didn’t get some help they might have been in real trouble. Real crime always involves “hate”, there are already laws to handle real crimes. Trying to codify a point of view as being “hate” will ultimately lead to cases where Christians will lose under man’s law.

A taste of the future?
Christians are already being cited by law enforcement overseas where laws
of the “hate crimes” type already exists. This couple got off, but note the other cases
and the fact Christians are cited at all shows the intent of those behind some of these efforts.

Our brother in Christ Ernest had an interesting day reading the Louisiana Weekly recently, as I noted in this other post. That same day, he also found an advertisement that is by an assorted group of heretics. It’s people claiming the name of the Lord and pressing for hate crimes legislation. See the full advertisement from the newspaper, that Ernest scanned for us to see.

Here’s the list of people and groups noted in that advertisement:

Basically no person or group in the list above is of sound doctrine. None endorsing the “hate crimes” legislation that claim to be Christian are following scripture when you look at their actions and history outside of this latest effort. All of them are heretics to the faith.

You can view the US House and Senate status of the bill using those links.

President of the Family Research Council, Tony Perkins details why this “hate crimes” legislation WILL MUZZLE PASTORS WHO PREACH SOUND DOCTRINE, in his article Hate Crimes Law Defy Testimony of Experience. Please read it in full.

They’d probably try and lock up Christ Himself for saying:

Mark 10:6-12 (New King James Version)

6) But from the beginning of the creation, God ‘made them male and female.’

7) ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife,

8) and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh.

9) Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”

10) In the house His disciples also asked Him again about the same matter.

11) So He said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.

12) And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”

One man, one woman, no exceptions. And God is against divorce too!

  1. Gay Christian Movement Watch Says:

False prophets line up to support ‘hate crimes’ laws

Independent Conservative has the details on a new misinformation campaign fronted by the National Black Justice Coalition a gay political organization which pimps African American false prophets to justify so-called hate crimes legislation to the Af…

  2. DL Foster Says:

IC, the gender issue regarding ordination really is a moor point considering the sheer rejection of common biblical sexual morality most of these false prophets advocate.

BTW, Flunder, Rawls, and Monroe are lesbians…Pearson, Samuels and Selder are so close to the [strange]fire the flame kindleth upon them.

So its no wonder why they are pushing for this. There is a personal stake in it for them politically. Additionally, this is a good way for them to score big points with the deep pockets of the white gay political movement who can fund their heresy.

  3. IndependentConservative Says:

Yea I figured several were homosexuals. I knew Flunder is and suspected Monroe. When I saw Rawls’ picture I noticed she didn’t really look like she wanted to be a lady, but was not 100% certain.

I’m holding up the full scriptural standard, so everyone can see how far they are from the truth.

See an earlier link on this theme as well: Congress Considering Bill That Would Open The Door To Making Preaching Against Homosexuality Illegal! Also, one of the first posts that kicked off this weblog: Here It Comes: The First Law To LEGALLY ENCODE CHRISTIAN PERSECUTION IN AMERICA. There have been other posts on this topic, but silly me forgot to create a “hate crimes” category. Oh well. Though hate crimes laws are also being used against Christians in other countries (it is illegal to say that homosexuality is a sin over the airwaves in Canada and Great Britain) the category http://healtheland.wordpress.com/tag/christian-persecution-america/ should jus tabout cover everything related to that topic on this weblog, as well as give you a picture of how the forces of Satan are working against those who hold the true gospel of Jesus Christ in this country and worldwide.
