The cult of Mormonism is again exposed. Many a Mormon lie is found in what they call “The Lost Book of Abraham”. One of the many bogus inventions by Joseph Smith Junior. The video below is about an hour long and totally blows away any thoughts that this lie from Smith has any truth.

Unlike Christianity, that is based on scripture that we know are accounts of the actual people who said the words and/or heard the words spoken. (With the exception of some OT texts, that were statements passed down for generations prior to being recorded, but are widely respected scripture inspired by God.) The Mormon so-called Lost Book of Abraham is not at all an account from the claimed author Abraham. It is not an account from anyone at all. It is a total fabrication from the twisted mind of Joseph Smith Junior.

Mormonism has no factual basis to stand on. They (the LDS organization) have only been able to retain members on raw emotion and blind allegiance, while all their unique claimed scripture is continually debunked.

Mormons should know, that learning this truth gives them the opportunity to know Jesus Christ in spirit and truth. Free from the fabrications and legalism invented by Joseph Smith. The Lord Jesus Christ warned that men like Smith would come.

All who have learned the truth and considered themselves to be Mormons to this point, should renounce membership in the LDS organization, seek to learn about Jesus Christ of the Bible and then seek to have Him come into your heart and save your soul. It’s not by works, but ONLY by the shed blood of Jesus Christ and knowing Him in truth that anyone can be saved. By the Lord accepting you as one of His own and saving your soul from eternal damnation.

(As usual, those who desire to remain with the Mormon cult are not welcome to comment. You are not allowed to comment here and will have to be left to wallow in deception until Lord willing, you come to know the truth. We don’t have time for Mormon lies and propaganda here.)

Our brother in Christ Dazzarai has put together a couple of short video messages, that detail why doctrine is most important. They also detail why the words of the apostles matter as much as the words of Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ told the apostles in John 16:12-15, that He would tell them more and they conveyed that to us in scripture. This is why trying to be a “red letter Christian” (one who lowers the words of the apostles) is bad. The videos also detail why people like myself and others stand up so strongly against those who attempt to twist the sound doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ.

So if you didn’t know why we must stand up to those who abuse scripture, now you know.

One trademark of false teachers, is that they often mislead people about their educational background. To make themselves appear to be far more highly educated than they actually are. So that people trust them as an authority, who has studied to show themselves approved.

Not that formal education is required for someone to study. However, when someone claims formal education, but is a false teacher who wrongly divides the word of truth, you must wonder about their claimed academic credentials. It appears false teacher and all around pulpit pimp Jamal-Harrison Bryant is no different. And unless other information is produced my opinion is that he’s a liar regarding his educational background.

When you view a short biography of Jamal-Harrison Bryant, you get information like the following.

The claimed Oxford University education is what is in question here. We got into a chat about this over at Pulpit Pimps and Matt Green came up with some startling information. Please read his entire post. I’m just putting a copy of just a portion here. Just in case something happens that results in his post being lost. We’ve seen so many defenders of the faith attacked and their material taken down in the past, so it’s good to copy at least some of it to ensure its preservation. (I’ve seen users of Google’s “blogger” service lose data in the past.)

So there you have it. Some bios for JHB mention he has a Ph.D., which he does not have and it’s apparent he didn’t graduate from Oxford either. Unless he graduated from both GTF and Oxford at the exact same time. And who would waste their time with GTF if they actually received a degree from Oxford?

I decided to call GTF and ask if anyone with one of their degrees can claim they went to “Oxford”. Not only was I told “NO”, I was also asked to forward them the information I found regarding JHB claiming he went to Oxford. (You know I sent them the information without hesitation.) They say they want to have a little chat with him. Nobody who receives a degree from GTF is to claim Oxford and I was told their degrees have The Graduate Theological Foundation across the top, not Oxford. As you’ve read, the Oxford deal is simply a summer session for a certificate, which I also confirmed during my call to them.

A church leader is supposed to be HONEST, but we already knew JHB is not at all a man of his word. Anyone who misrepresents the Word of God is not going to have a problem lying to you about most anything else.

update 6/30/2007 3:54PM: Some have questioned if whether the Baltimore Sun article I cited simply made a mistake in mentioning Oxford. I must say, they did not. It is Bryant who has been lying. So to further prove my point, I am including a graphical screen shot of a portion of Jamal-Harrison Bryant’s “bio” page from the Empowermenttemple.org web site. (He is the head pastor there.) The screen shot is large and you will have to ensure your browser is showing you the graphic at its full size in order to read the text. Check out the screen shot from Bryant’s so-called church web site here. Note that it explicitly states the following:

This year Reverend Bryant completed a Ph.D. in Theology at Oxford University in Great Britain.

Notice the site looks like a fancy car? That’s what happens when you fall for the heresy known as prosperity doctrine.

To see it yourself on their site, you would have to go there, click “our pastor” and under that click “bio”. It’s in the text there and you have to scroll down a bit to get to it. What I have provided is what is currently there at the moment of this update. I can’t say if it might be changed, but this proves that Jamal-Harrison Bryant claims to be a Ph.D. graduate of Oxford.

update 7/22/2007 3:07AM: It has been mentioned that GTF is not an “online” school. Maybe my friend Matt Green made an unintentional error in saying it’s an “online” school, but the fact remains, that JHB is misrepresenting himself as an Oxford graduate.

You decide for yourself what the school is, the link to their site is offered and I’ll note that they offer some classes by “e-mail”, which means they do have an “online” school option of sorts. Here is the page on the GTF web site about that option.

Notice, they count as actual credit hours. So they do offer some actual online courses. I think a class done by e-mail is “online”, although I don’t see evidence that someone can attain a full degree online. This was not the area of focus in my research and a secondary matter. The focus was, is it appropriate to attend this school and claim to be an Oxford graduate? It is not. Which I contacted the school directly to confirm.

And now you see one of so many reasons why I tell Christians (which Mormons are not, they are a total cult, that replaced God with polytheist mess) to give to charities that spread the message of the Lord Jesus Christ. In other words Christian ministries to the poor.

Look at how the apostles carried out and instructed giving to be done. First they told people their home should be taken care of, 1 Timothy 5:8. Next the needs of poor saints, 2 Corinthians 9, 1 Corinthians 16:1-4 and James 2:14-17. (Note those scriptures are about helping poor saints, the whole talk about “sowing” is not regarding giving money to a multi-millionaire, that lies and tells you that you’ll get something by giving them more money and it’s not about funding a building or a TV program.) Finally you give in outreach ministry, which means giving coupled with actual evangelistic ministry about the message of Jesus Christ.

And you better check those charities/ministries out good too. Because if you go giving to one of those nuts on TV that tells you they give to poor people overseas, I can tell you that many investigations have been done to prove that they are running a clever scam. How did one of the 2 Most Disgusting and Lust Filled People in the False Gospel Prosperity Movement rise up the pimp ranks? It seems the woman who partakes in cosmetic surgery got a boost from lust filled so-called bishop Earl Paulk.

Give up all you have, for some rag that lust pot Juanita Bynum trampled upon. How sick!

Also, Earl Paulk is still in hot water, because Mona Brewer has not given up yet and has filed another lawsuit against him. (video report)

Folks, you’ve got to see who the pimps are and not only avoid them, but also avoid their understudies and associates. These people do not love you and only love the god they serve, which is money.

Avoid them, or their false doctrine and the demons that influence them will take you along with them in a way that is not the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ.
