You probably are not fully aware the head game being played on that person who comes to your door claiming to be one of the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Please take one hour to watch the video below and learn what even many members of the cult of the Watchtower Organization do not know themselves.
That person coming to your door needs help. If you feel so led, use the information in that video plus the other information I’ve provided in order to help them. See if you can find other resources and tools as well. It is an undertaking that should be done after much personal study on your part, but you might be the only person who helps them know the truth. The Watchtower Organization keeps them from learning the truth.
This is why I stress Hebrews 1 so much. Many people caught in cults (and even many people caught in heresies like the Word of Faith/Prosperity Doctrine) feel they must follow the instructions of someone else and feel someone else must tell them what “thus saith the Lord”. Read your Bible and allow the Lord to speak to you directly.

These guys come to my house ALOT. I’m polite, but I never invite them in. I was more than a little upset when I asked one simple question that required a yes or no answer and received a very long speech about nothing.
Here’s the question, “If attacked, would you sit back and do nothing until everyone was dead?”

That sounds like the spin move that Mormons teach people in their cult. The JWs do whatever the Watchtower Organization tells them to do. Both (Mormons & JWs) are brainwashed drones.
Since Mormons and JWs are into going door to door in order to spread their cults, it’s interesting how they use similar tactics. They really hope to encounter people who are nice enough to allow them in and uneducated enough in scripture that they’ll fall for their lies. Personally, I tell them the truth on the porch. I NEVER allow them to cross my doorway. I’m not into having false teachers enter my house. I’m not trying to bring them comfort, but the truth and if they don’t want it they can mosey on.
Anyone who feels they do not wish to engage them, I think you can ask them to put you on a list of folks to never visit again and if they have any form of decency they should respect the request.
