I have reviewed the material of many other systems of belief and choose Christianity because of my knowledge of it and others including Mormonism. I've read some of that book of lies known as the Book of Mormon. I've even conversed with a South American Mormon who believes he descended from Jews, as Joseph Smith taught. I know enough to know it does not honestly represent Jesus Christ.

And yes I've read some of the books that were not canonized as well. And found it was a good decision to toss them.

If you wish to know my faith, keep reading here. There is plenty of material available to you free of charge without reservation. So read on.

I honestly can say that I've never been shown to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ the way Millet mentions and have not experienced this "sales" approach that you mention, when I've been learning to tell folks about Jesus Christ. The gift only Jesus brings is free of charge. No flashy sales tactics necessary.

It's interesting that you would claim to to be a Christian, yourself, and yet use deceipt and half-truths to hide your true self. I don't agree with the way Robert Millet appears to teach his class (by the way, what was the context of the class?). I wouldn't agree with some of those same comments if they were to come from a Baptist, a Hebrew, a clothier, a vacuum salesman, or an Amway (name your MLM) representative. Yet, that is how EVERYONE is taught sales (which is the basic way everyone presents what they represent). You should know.

Everyone reads or hears something they don't understand: when they ask you a question, do you assume they understand as much as YOU do, or do you back them up to a common starting point? Is that "spin?" If so, you and I are both guilty of "spin."

Is Mr Millet being straightforward? No, I don't suppose he is. But YOU are being deceiptful. You're no follower of Christ.

If I were a wagering man (which I'm not), I would wager that you have never taken time to read the books held sacred by any other religious group (e.g., Qur'an, Tipitaka, Vedas, Talmud, I Ching, Swedenborg, or even the Book of Mormon). There is much truth to be had in the world, and it is NOT all in the canonized Christian Bible (especially not in the bastardized modern versions of such -- don't even get me started on the "spin" associated with those).

These clips on this page are good for me to see, and your comments are good for me to read. They help me to see there are still bigots in the world who are guilty of demeaning and destroying everything they either 1) don't agree with, or 2) don't understand. The internet makes it easy, doesn't it?

It must be comforting believing you are one of millions of "Christians" who are "justified" in undermining all other forms of faith in God for the sake of puffing yourselves up, filling yourselves with pride at a job so well done.

Incidentally, to which sect of Christianity do you belong, and to which creeds do you subscribe? Surely, by linking yourself with just one sect you have automatically condemned the rest. No?
