The Bible Versus The Book of Mormon, No Contest!

by @ 9:30 pm. Filed under The Truth Shall Set you Free!

Yet another great video. A little over an hour long and if someone does not believe the truth regarding DNA and Mormonism, here’s more factual evidence that Joseph Smith told a terrible lie. One that has led countless people into heresy for over 100 years. Watch and know the truth.

The Bible vs. The Book of Mormon

For anyone in LDS seeing this for the first time, you probably are hurting at this point, but there is good news for you and anyone else seeking the truth.

[…] The Bible versus the Book of Mormon take one. […]

  2. Praiser4Life Says:

Someone should send this to Presidential candidate Romney. Do you think he will watch?

  3. IndependentConservative Says:

I think he’ll seek a poll first on whether he should view it and then decide based on that.

I watched the video yesterday. It’s too bad that most people don’t have the critical thinking skills necessary to see how bad the video is. Add to that a modest knowledge of actual LDS scripture and the dishonesty of the film’s producers is readily apparent. Their inclusion of the “at Jerusalem” chestnut shows that they’re just another iteration of incompetent anti-Mormon hacks.

  5. IndependentConservative Says:

Alma, I have been awaiting your arrival at my blog. Welcome and let me say that you won’t be allowed to spew meaningless babble here.

I am going to give you just one chance and if you don’t make good on it I’m going to ban you.

The video offers total facts related to places described in the Bible versus the Book of Mormon. No archaeologist can find the people, places or names claimed in the Book of Mormon. They were able to readily find and identify the places named in the Bible.

Now, in your next comment, you will either fully identify where the people, places and names in the Book of Mormon existed by name and historical proof that they ACTUALLY existed, or you’re gone.

  6. Alma Says:

Well, it’s your site; you can ban whomever you wish—even on the basis of a false dichotomy. I don’t know any Mormons who believe that Book of Mormon sites can be identified—I know I don’t believe they can be. So, banning me wouldn’t be much more than an empty gesture would it?

It does, though, demonstrate a reticence to allow the premise of the video to be discussed doesn’t it? I challenged the validity of the video and you reply by setting up conditions for discussion that Mormons reject out of hand. Are you afraid of what might come to light?

  7. IndependentConservative Says:

Alma, you had your shot and you failed. Buh-Bye.

The places never existed because Joseph Smith was a delusional man who desired to create a cult that catered to his fleshly desires and despite being shown the truth, some people would rather continue to indulge in the cult than admit they were taken for a ride!

I will not entertain such foolishness here.

Let that be a lesson to any others lying in wait. YOU WILL be held to the same standard!

  8. IndependentConservative Says:

More Mormon apologists who know they can’t offer truth are trying to comment. Nothing but babble. The nonsense will not be tolerated. Either put up, or I’m banning you before you even get a single comment up!

I won’t waste my time or readers of my blog on nonsense babble from endorsers of a proven cult.

  9. IndependentConservative Says:

So far, this is the only thing a Mormon has presented in defense.

Since they can’t PROVE anything actually existed, that page which is from a Mormon research group attempts to blur things. By saying that the author (lying Joseph Smith) was not concerned with the actual literal details. Never mind that the text was supposedly from plates that a supposedly god-like being gave to lying Joseph Smith to translate.

Nothing Smith has offered can be proven and none of his misguided followers will ever be able to prove a lie. We can only pray that they one day actually admit it’s all a lie.

Put down that lying Book of Mormon and trust the words in the Bible. A book that has been far more proven with historical data. Jesus Christ gave you all you need from himself and his apostles in the New Testament. Joseph Smith was never called by God to do what he did. Joseph Smith lied to you.

  10. IndependentConservative Says:

Lame excuses continue to flow from the Mormons and this will be the last of their lame excuses posted here. Just to provide an example of how lame they are.

Now they are claiming every sunken city and new archaeological find that has not been researched fully yet. This makes it easy for them to claim it now and once it’s found not to be what their lying Book of Mormon claims they’ll name someplace else. Their lying cult leader said things were one name and people in one place that populated a continent and now they keep moving the ball. Anything to keep the cult alive!

If you’ve got a sunken city, the Mormons might say it’s theirs and revise their map “theories” to fit it.

And here’s another Mormon spin and effort to trash a critic, that the Mormons didn’t send me, but I just wanted to provide a final example.

Now let’s get back to reality!

Here someone who believed the lies of Joseph Smith for 30 years admits the Book of Mormon is untrue and left the Mormon church.

Now what does an American Indian have to say about the Mormons? They accepted Jesus and rejected lies of Joseph Smith. The Mormons specifically claim their tribe, but the tribe is pulling away from the Mormon church.

Ex-Mormons want you to know about some of the lies that Mormon missionaries might tell you when they arrive at your door.
