The Mormons have changed their view of that. I think in the late 1970's they officially backed off their racist views. So anyone doing research on that angle would have to see where Romney has come down on the issue back when it was official church doctrine to treat Blacks as lesser and how he acted after their change. The funny thing about the Mormons with race is that it was part of their OFFICIAL DOCTRINE. Their dislike of Blacks was not just an opinion like that of some racist Christians. It was the official and documented Mormon position on the issue, as ordered right from their top man at that time. It was not until after he was dead and gone that they suddenly had <em>new revelations</em> on the issue. I'm not sure how that angle will play out and I'm not counting on it. Unless something can be found from Romney's own words about it. I am 100% certain that Camp Romney already has a full defense waiting on ice, that they will pull out the moment this issue is raised. Unless there is something out there in Romney's own words that can be found. He was a VERY high ranking official in the Mormon church, so there is a chance he touched on the issue.
