Folks, let me speak to you as a Black man who has heard what is said when people of other races are not around. Blacks pressed for states to enact so-called hate crime laws because they wanted to see racist White men locked up, period! It was not done to get Latinos or Asians who are racist, but specifically although it could not be said in the open since that might ruin the effort, it was done to lock up racist Whites. More specifically racist White men. Although not said, the idea was to get back at White men for all that had happened in the past, regardless of the fact today’s Whites had nothing to do with it. Some Black folks will never get the chip off their shoulder, that somebody White used to beat and kill somebody Black and the Black somebody might have been a family member. Never mind any Whites that were against such activity, the fact that some Whites were for it is enough for some Blacks to condemn all Whites, which is why terms such as “White privilege” were established to invoke White guilt. (This is also why efforts for slave reparations continue.) So the idea was that so-called hate crimes laws would help rid the nation of anyone (White) that might happen to harbor a view that they don’t like Black people. The US Constitution prevents locking up people for simply saying things that might be viewed as racist, so those who want to give Whites some payback on the skin tone level had to take what they could get.

Well what they’ve reaped is a set of laws in some states that often ends up locking up more minorities for extended stays in prison than Whites. Check out La Shawn Barber’s post about what’s going on in Los Angeles County. Over 75% of the suspects of hate crimes are non-Whites and I’ve seen the same happening down here in the South. It’s not Whites that are being caught in a lot of cases, it’s Blacks and Hispanics. And often there are cases where Whites are the victims, but for some odd reason no hate crimes charges are leveled if such laws are applicable, although in similar circumstances they were applied when Blacks were the victim.

Basically the dream of ridding America of racist Whites via locking them up is backfiring big time. Oh well Liberals, I guess you’re just going to have to learn to live with people who just might not like you. And that’s what America is. I don’t have to like you and you can’t make me. Who I like is my choice and in America people are free to make such choices. Racists that claim the Christian faith and still harbor racial hatred while claiming to worship Jesus, who came to earth as a Jew will have to answer to Jesus in his Jewish flesh and God the father themselves!

One of the many reasons I started this blog is because of my years of seeing Black Liberals claim to fight for Civil Rights in public, but only really desiring such for Blacks while trashing Whites in private.

Now that evidence is showing that hate crimes laws don’t do anything but get more minorities locked up, will Liberals stop pressing for them? Nope, because they’ll wait and watch all those minorities do extended time and never say much to the media about it. But the moment a White commits a crime against a Black person and dares invoke race you’ll see them there pressing to apply an extra sentence for a “hate crime”. Crime is the product of hate regardless of if it’s a poor man that hates someone else having wealth or other reasons such as race. This game of hate crimes legislation needs to stop.
