Shay over at Booker Rising has found that the Congressional Black Race Baiters Caucus are pressing for scandal ridden Congressman William Jefferson to be reinstated to the House Ways and Means Committee. First I must say, seeing that fool be re-elected shows me that he is a reflection of the district he represents.

So why would the Congressional Race Baiting Club run to support Jefferson? Is it because he’s Black? Actually that’s not why. Because nut case Cynthia McKinney is Black, but they knew when to back away from her. It is because Jefferson was re-elected and getting him on a powerful committee that regulates tax codes would give the race baiting club influence. Jefferson would owe them one and they would exert their influence on the committee through Jefferson. It’s really not about race, because they really don’t act in the best interests of Blacks, it’s about power because they act in the best interests of themselves.

Now given we see their angle, lets look at the tactics they are using to try and get Jefferson back on the committee. Basically they have found a White man in Congress with some scandal on his record to play on. Of course it’s easy to find someone in Congress with dirt under their nails. They’ve targeted West Virginia Democratic Congressman Alan Mollohan. Mollohan is slated to chair an Appropriations subcommittee. And the CBC is saying if he gets a position of influence, than Freezer Burn Jefferson should too. So you’re probably wondering what exactly Mollohan has done that might come close to $90,000 of FBI payoff money showing up in Jefferson’s freezer. Mollohan is suspected of stirring money to non-profit groups that supported his campaign. No, that does not come close to being caught red handed with $90,000 in the freezer, but Mollohan the best the CBC could dig up. Just the same they are all corrupt, but somebody keeps voting the nuts back in.

Shay offers some good commentary on the CBC’s actions and Mollohan being placed in a position of influence.

Neither guy should be heading up anything until they are cleared of these accusations. The CBC should be fighting for higher standards, not helping to lower them.

I agree. The Congressional Black Caucus embraces the “culture of corruption” and wishes to reward it for their own political benefit!

But even if neither of these men were up for anything, soon to be House Speaker Democrat Nancy Pelosi supported John Murtha for the Demo House majority leadership. And Murtha has had scandal of his own. Steny Hoyer beat out Murtha for the spot, but Hoyer is a racist who has made racist comments as recently as 2 months ago. And Pelosi has her own share of mess too. It’s like give me a name and I’ll give you a scandal to match! But somebody keeps putting them back in. None of them should be sitting in Congress and that’s the bottom line.

And seeing the CBC front for old Freezer Burn Jefferson is pretty funny. He’s the most exposed crook out of the bunch! They found the money in his freezer for crying out loud. I mean it’s not like he was caught stealing top secret documents, but come on…
