There is a good summary over at Hot Air, about how cop hating moonbats have been fawning over convicted cop killer and original Black Panther member Mumia Abu-Jamal. The convicted cold blooded murderer of Philadelphia police officer Danny Faulkner. I remember when I lived in the Philly-metro area and the nuts would tie up traffic and activity with their protest marches, to try and spare the murderer from the death penalty that he rightfully deserves.

The Hot Air piece also mentions how some dingbat town (St. Denis) in the dingbat nation of France named a street after the murderer of an officer of the law. Our US Congress passed a resolution condemning the nuts in St. Denis, France. The resolution also commends all police officers in the United States.

Here are the main points of the resolution.

(1) condemns the murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Danny Faulkner;

(2) urges the municipal government of St. Denis to take immediate action to change the name of Rue Mumia Abu-Jamal and, if such action is not taken by the municipal government of St. Denis, urges the Government of France to take appropriate action against the city of St. Denis to change the name of Rue Mumia Abu-Jamal; and

(3) commends all police officers in the United States and throughout the world for their commitment to public service and public safety.

You’d think every self respecting member of Congress could vote in favor of that. But 31 Democrats voted against the resolution! Here’s a list of the Democrats that hate cops and would rather side with a cop killer.

Here’s some names in that list that we all know a little too well:

• John Conyers - Attempts to inhibit police efforts with his race baiting racial profiling legislation.
• Jesse Jackson Jr. - Race baiter with a father to match.
• Cynthia McKinney - Punched a cop.
• Gregory Meeks - Camera hogging race baiter.
• Charles Rangel - Camera hogging insane fool nut.
• Bobby Rush - Former original Black Panther member.
• Maxine Waters - Camera hogging race baiter.

The resolution passed 368 - 31. 8 Democrats including John Lewis and Sheila Jackson-Lee voted “present”. 25 members of Congress did not vote at all, including Memphis Tennessee’s Harold Ford Jr. and Pennsylvania’s John Murtha. Murtha was a late co-sponsor of the resolution, but failed to show up for the vote.
