My. Goodness. What is America coming to? I can't even call up Dell to order a new printer cartridge without getting either an Indian or Pakistani or Mexican, who cannot speak English ... It took me 15 minutes to order 2 printer cartridges. My husband said he always hangs up and redials until he gets someone who can actually speak English.
