Reading this new post over at Pulpit Pimps, I literally laughed to the point of getting a headache and a tear welled up in my eye! It’s better that I laugh instead of get angry, because as David Banner/Bill Bixby would say before turning into the Incredible Hulk/Lou Ferrigno, “you wouldn’t like me when I’m angry” 
. So I have to laugh to keep myself from doing anything I might regret.
But seeing how charlatans are posing as ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how well organized their pimp game has become makes you want to break something! Melvin fully details everything and provides screen shots of their sites, that I was able to easily confirm by doing some quick searching. The screen shots ensure things are preserved, in case they attempt to change the pages and cover their tracks.
You know, I recall when Bishop Eddie Long went on Love Offering in the name of “faith”, but it did seem as if waiting till the church had tens of thousands of members was a mighty comfortable time to make such a choice. Little did I know pimps have figured out how to leverage Love Offerings for the sake of a pay raise. Long is not mentioned in the details of Melvin’s latest post, but from my having seen Long’s tactics first hand (and Long is close buddies with many who are noted as going to these places), I can tell that he’d get an “A” at what is appropriately called “Pimp University”. That’s “PU” for short folks!
Like Melvin, I’m just glad I got out!

Amen brother!
My Mm was in a wheelchair for twenty five years before she died and she was convinced that one of these “send me a cash offering and touch the TV” faith healers was going to fix her up.
I thank god on a daily basis that I’ve never been in the same room with any one of them because I would probably be doing a prison ministry these days!
