60 Minutes landed a hot one for this Sunday and the show’s top man Ed Bradley is going to run point. He’s got one-on-one interviews with Kim Roberts and the three defendants Collin Finnerty, Reade Selligmann and David Evans.
Kim Roberts blows the accusers’ account of events out of the water.

Roberts’ stage name is “Nikki”. That is if you consider home living room tables and where ever else she performs inside of homes, a stage.
Watch a video report of the preview and Ed Bradley talking about the bogus photo line-up, plus the other nonsense about this case here.
Regarding the accusers’ statements from the police report, Bradley says of Kim Roberts:
she refuted every point
This case is just stupid! It should be stopped.

It’s also interesting to note that Kim did not participate in a photo ID session until May 11–which is AFTER the first indictments had been made. (according to a defense motion of Aug. 31)
(Really a good way to run an investigation. Just like having the verdict, and then finding the evidence made to fit. . .)
And of course the AV didn’t identify anyone until well after their pictures had been splashed
all through the media, and one imagines their backgrounds researched, as well. .

Meanwhile, Duke Pres. Broadhead is busy insulting the families of the indicted players :
(excerpt from a post by the Friends of Duke University spokesman at Talk Left :

“3. Colin Finnerty’s parents contacted Brodhead to ask for permission to transfer credits from other colleges. . . Brodhead refused to meet with them despite several requests. Finally, the person in charge of the annual giving program told Brodhead that, unless he agreed to see the Finnerties, he would resign. Only then did Brodhead agree to meet them. In the meeting, Brodhead remained intransigent and he and Mrs. Finnerty got into terrible argument. The Finnerties walked out because Brodhead started insulting them. ..
“There has not been a single note, card or other expression of kindness from anyone in the Duke administration to any of the three accused students.”

(repost from a post found at LaShawn’s :
The AV apparently has a medical history . . .
http://www.newsobserver.com/102/story/503820.html
“One physician wrote, “Due to the patient’s long psychological history, she is at very high risk of narcotic abuse, and at clinic, we have recommended not to prescribe the patient any narcotics.”
As well, if the dates are correct, she was apparently pole-dancing on the night a vigil was being held for her in Durham. . .”

I’m putting up a new post about this one.
