I am stunned by the steadfastness of the Alaskans that have turned away free heating oil from Venezuela and that country’s nut case President Hugo Chavez. Those poor freezing Alaskans have more patriotism in their mitten covered hands than most of us Americans have in our entire bodies! They are turning away free heating oil and staring down a mad man, while most of the rest of us will go buy Chinese made goods and some of us even buy cars not made in the USA. While it is easy for us to bypass a Citgo, some Americans still purchase their gas there. Who knew the truest of patriots resided in a land far from Washington DC. God Bless You Alaskans. If we all had your hearts, we’d be all the better for it.

Now I’ve got to mention a couple of other related matters. First of all, if Liberals would stop blocking things like drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR), more Alaskans would have a better paying job, to buy some fuel in the first place. And additional fuel from Alaska would put more money back into the US economy, instead of into the hands of the Arab Muslim oil cartel.

Second, we must remember that poor people are not just in Alaska and Hugo Chavez’s efforts continue in other areas. As I’ve pointed out before, some Black Liberals are trying to spread Hugo’s Socialist message into inner city America. They are also being promised some cheap/free oil too. It would be good if Americans offered a charitable alternative to them too. I know most utility companies in metropolitan areas offer a means for customers to easily donate to needy families. Especially with oil companies, I hope people offer something to help.

I’m not bitter with any Alaskan or anyone else that happens to accept the oil offer. But I pray they don’t allow a mad man to win over their hearts because of some free/cheap oil. I mean, if they take the oil, they don’t have to adore Hugo and failed economic systems in the process. If America would only drill for more of its own oil it would be easier for America to address its own energy issues. Thanks for NOTHING Liberals and environMENTAList nut cases!!!
