Well Ms. Barber, I will comment.

Because this is what happens when Liberal politics are allowed to run an area for decades. You get plenty of decay and the biggest monsters in town destroying at will. DC has banned guns and has a very high crime rate, Vermont has the least gun control restrictions and has a very low crime rate. For you Liberals out there, that’s about as simple as I can make it for you.

I’m going to guess, but I’m sure I am right, that DC has a backlog of cases for thugs and killers. Also I’m going to guess that DC on average has a light sentencing pattern for violent crime, as opposed to sentencing in more Conservative areas, maybe even Vermont.

Basically it’s like this, although few wish to admit it, it’s true just the same. Black areas often go Liberal and because of all the hype about an “evil racist criminal justice system” and “racial profiling”, the system in those areas is pretty soft on crime. So criminals naturally continue doing crime in those areas. That criminal justice system is usually run by Liberals, who in many cases are also Black and address cases based on what looks good for TV in an area full of Liberals who love to eat race bait. How do you think a White guy like Mike Nifong can get so many Black votes in Durham, NC?

In most Liberal areas, cops are prevented from cracking heads and being hard on the street thugs. (Insert cries of “police brutality” here.) And if you turn on a radio talk show in these areas, you’ll hear people bashing police on a regular basis. I’ve lived in the Baltimore area and more recently in the Atlanta area, but it’s all the same in this regard. So the cops have less incentive to really try and take down the thugs, between the complaints and bashing they usually get from the “community”. If a thug kills a cop, no community rallies. If a cop kills a thug, protest marches, rallies for days and cries for big investigations! I’ve seen this pattern far too many times.

I’ll never forget when I called a Black talk station and proposed that people actually try to meet, greet police officers and establish regular meetings. To build a friendship with cops. You would have thought I had asked for a deal with Satan himself! Needless to say, I was given the usual sellout type responses from one of the host and follow up callers. I was told the cops have to “come to us”. The cop is the guy putting his life on the line, he’s already come to you and is there to defend your crying butt. It sure would be nice if people who complain actually tried to go out to the cops and befriend them. Then maybe when the thugs kill a cop, they might actually consider a rally for the cop!

Notice how the cries of “no justice no peace” at rallies usually only apply to Whites and/or cops that kill someone.

So Liberal sentencing and only law breakers having guns results in crime, crime and more crime.
