Although I am not black myself, I can understand and appreciate how having a black mentor for a child can be beneficial. Sometimes it just takes someone who has been there to get through! This Hicks character only shows the hypocrisy of people....these kinds of groups say they are all for diversity, but in reality, they are all for holding minorities back (read quotas in hiring etc) GREAT POST!!!!!
