The last BJ Ellis Show was a classic! BJ and Scott dug into this biased commentary about Katrina relief. The commentary does the typical blaming of the Federal government for any and all issues. BJ and Scott detail who really does not like the people in New Orleans and it’s not the Federal government! I don’t want to spoil this one. Listen to the audio below and find out for yourself.

Also I must say, Ray Nagin is an idiot for wanting to basically rebuild slums. In trying to bring “everybody back” and not work with developers to build things differently, he’s basically trying to bring back the slums that were previously there. While ensuring some votes for himself. This course of action will not improve things in New Orleans. Let those who have left go and try to make a better life elsewhere. Bringing a mass of people who were dependent on government back to an area without an established business community is not going to result in them suddenly being productive. It would result in them getting government checks, again. And having time to do things that caused all the previous crime, again. Bad enough the National Guard is already on duty in New Orleans.
