Polygamists Send Out Their Children to Endorse Their Reprobate Lifestyle

The perverted and reprobate polygamists have decided that since they might be arrested if they try and endorse their illegal and unGodly lifestyle in public, that they would send their children to do their dirty work.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (AP) — Calling their lives blessed, more than a dozen young women and girls from polygamist families in Utah spoke at a rally Saturday, calling for a change in state laws and the right to live their life and religion.

“Because of our beliefs, many of our people have been incarcerated and had their basic human rights stripped of them, namely life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” said a 19-year-old identified only as Tyler. “I didn’t come here today to ask for your permission to live my beliefs. I shouldn’t have to.”

Polygamy is banned in the Utah Constitution and is a felony offense. The rally was unusual because those who practice polygamy typically try to live under the radar.

First brought to Utah by members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1846, polygamy was abandoned by Mormons as a condition of statehood in 1890. The church now excommunicates members found to be practicing plural marriage. It also disavows those who call themselves “fundamentalist Mormons,” although most Utah-based polygamists identify themselves with those terms.

Fundamentalists split with the Mormon church in the 19th century and continue to believe plural marriage is the key to eternal salvation.

The kids claim they have not been brainwashed, but the fact they ignore Utah had to give up polygamy as a condition of statehood, plus the fact Jesus said just one man and one woman should marry, proves they are devoid of the truth about marriage in America and how it was established in the beginning of Man’s existence by almighty God. They have been misled to believe that a lie is the truth. Much like Satan misled Eve in the Garden of Eden. And now they along with their many parents, like Eve and then Adam, partake of evil fruit thinking it will enhance their eternal lives. This is just sick, perverted and abominable!

America has always fought to ensure that marriage is the union of one man and one woman only. The fight continues.

update 8/20/2006 1:10AM: I need to also point out, that it is very interesting that this kind of staged activity takes place while polygamist cult leader Warren Steed Jeffs is one of the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted. It is believed that others in the cult are helping to hide him.
