Michelle Malkin has all the details. I can cruise Conservative blogs day and night and never run across some of the racist garbage found on Liberal ones. No matter how many times the “blackface” and “sambo” type images are denounced, some Liberal blogger still uses either for their agenda.

Hey idiot Liberals, that’s not how you keep the “Black vote” in your corner!

If Lieberman loses he should take it as a badge of honor. Because if he takes a loss for holding some Conservative values that’s nothing to be ashamed of. Better he go down in defeat with some good values, than sell his soul for the votes of Liberals.

update 8/2/2006 10:51PM: Jane Hamsher has responded to the criticism of the graphic she selected to use in her post today. I call it a response, but not a true apology. She says:

I sincerely apologize to anyone who was genuinely offended by the choice of images accompanying my blog post today on the Huffington Post. It?s also important to note that I do not, nor have I ever worked for Ned Lamont?s campaign. However, at their request, I removed the image earlier today.

Her statement is the equivalent of saying, I punched and if it hurt your face I’m sorry, but she never actually apologizes for throwing such a racist punch in the first place. Never does she say her choice of graphic was wrong and something she should never use again. She only removed the graphic after Lamont’s campaign requested it be removed. To me this means she felt a racist attack was OK and didn’t have a problem with it, even after it was called to her attention. She simply removed the graphic because the candidate she supports requested it be removed.

Idiot Hamsher went on in her response to mention how Joe Lieberman sent out these 2 flyers. That mention his history in the real Civil Rights movement, not to be confused with today’s Civil Rights Industry. He also mentions how is challenger was a member in a country club that might have been racially exclusive. Somehow Idiot Hamsher feels her graphic is on par with Lieberman pointing out some facts related to matters of race. Idiot Hamsher used one of the oldest and most hated forms of racist branding in the form of “blackface”, while Lieberman’s campaign sent a flyer that mentions some facts about Lieberman’s history and that of his challenger. These 2 don’t even come close to being on par with each other. But I guess when you don’t care to offer a true apology because you enjoy making a racist attack, you’ve got to use something to try and divert attention from yourself.

I don’t like Democrats playing the “all Blacks vote Democrat” card that all Democrats play. And I don’t like the “all Blacks love Bill Clinton, he was the first Black President” garbage either. But that could never be on par with racist shots like the one thrown by Idiot Hamsher. Because despite my thoughts about it, many other Blacks like the Democratic party and Bill Clinton, but I don’t know many that like blackface caricatures. I’m sure I could walk into my barbershop tomorrow and find plenty of people that would have no problem with Lieberman’s flyers, but they’d be pretty ticked if I showed them the graphic used by Idiot Hamsher. This all shows her head is so far into the stratosphere of the Liberal/Progressive elite that she does not even know when she’s really done wrong. She should have said something that included a statement like, I was wrong, but she obviously feels her racist graphic is just fine.

For the Liberals (or Progressives or whatever name they choose to call themselves today) they feel some true apology has been given, when the offender has simply walked away and basically said hope that didn’t leave a mark. Given these are the people against Joe Lieberman, I say Mr. Lieberman never looked better. And heck I honestly don’t think the man is a “great Senator”, he’s just better than the guy running against him in his party’s primary. But if I lived in his state, come general election time if there was someone more Conservative than him running, I’d vote for them. The last Democratic Senator I thought was “great” is named Zell Miller. People like Hamsher would do well to read his book A National Party No More. I think that is a great book and the answer to Democrat’s problems winning stirring them right in the face. But they refuse to look. People like Hamsher are the riff-raff he mentioned has entered his house (party). Riff-raff that does not know right and refuses to ever face it.
