Asking our Big Enemy to Stop our Little Enemy. US Ask China to Stop North Korea. And Russia Caught Helping North Korea.

by @ 2:18 am. Filed under Terrorism and War

This is just getting stupid. Once again the Bush Administration is pressuring China to tell North Korea to stop their military build up. The news article says “pressuring”, but I doubt China is actually feeling this supposed “pressure”. They are the nation that helped the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam war and helped North Korea during the Korean war. Everything is actually going the way China would prefer it go. The USA running to China for help, is like a person about to be mugged running to a killer for help.

And Russia, who also supported North Korea during the Korean war and the North Vietnamese during the Vietnam war, has been caught trying to help North Korea again.

Russia offered to help N. Korea

LONDON — Russia secretly offered to sell North Korea technology that could help the rogue state protect nuclear stockpiles and safeguard weapons secrets from international scrutiny, but officials backed off after the arms flirtation was publicized.
Russian officials touted the equipment to the communist regime at an information technology exhibition in Pyongyang late last month — just days before North Korea sparked international alarm by launching a salvo of short- and long-range missiles into the sea between the Korean Peninsula and Japan.
Aleksei Grigoriev, deputy director of Russia’s Federal Information Technologies Agency, told a reporter for the Itar-Tass news agency that North Korea planned to buy equipment for the safe storage and transportation of nuclear materials.
One of Russia’s state-controlled defense companies developed the equipment. The company, Atlas, also drew interest from the North Koreans in security systems and encryption technology, neither of which were on display at the exhibition for security reasons.

Russia along with China last week opposed a draft U.N. Security Council resolution, proposed by Japan and backed by the United States, that would bar missile-related financial and technology transactions with North Korea because of the Fourth of July missile launches.

While the USA is trying to establish 6 party talks that would involve North Korea, South Korea, the USA, China, Russia and Japan. 3 of the parties (North Korea, Russia and China) actively work against US interests. So I am now against “6 party”, “one on one” or any other “talks”. Because it’s all bogus and will not produce a result that actually works in the best interests of Americans.

I maintain that we’ve got to address this serious problem with a serious response. I am fully aware that North Korea is ready to turn South Korea into a pool of blood. Which is why I feel that a military strike from the USA should withhold nothing. My Conservative brother Michael Savage wants a conventional weapons strike. I say that’s too soft and we should not commit to a strike that won’t have maximum impact to cripple North Korea’s military. We should strike with the full fury of our nuclear arsenal and hopefully do enough damage to spare some lives in South Korea. A strong enough strike from America would preoccupy North Korea with us and they would not worry about trying to hit South Korea while nukes are raining down on them. True we have troops on the North/South border that would be at risk and true China plus Russia might try and jump in, which is why the strike from America must be the most furious strike that we can muster.

Because at this rate the attempts at “talk” will continue until we all are speaking Chinese!

Given I can’t depend on my beloved country to do what is necessary during this crisis with North Korea, I must look to other nations in hopes of them doing what needs to be done.
