Seems this low-life had some homosexual issues that he was indulging in at the expense of one or more young boys. Who knows who or what else he’s abused. I’d recommend people with animals in the area also be suspicious. Who’s to say this deviant had any bounds at all?
Man accused of exposing boy to HIV
A Murfreesboro man afflicted with the HIV virus was accused of raping and exposing a 15-year-old boy to the deadly virus, a sheriff’s detective said.
Michael Wayne “Red” McElderry, 36, of East Northfield Boulevard was charged Wednesday with four counts each of statutory rape and criminal exposure of the HIV virus. He is being held on $100,000 bond at Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
McElderry confirmed he is HIV positive, said detective Todd Sparks. This is believed the first time a Rutherford County suspect was charged with exposing the virus during sexual contact.
“I suspect there are other victims,” Sparks said. “If there are other victims, I want them to know this guy is HIV positive. If someone had contact with him in a sexual manner, then I would recommend they see a doctor very soon to run tests to make sure they’re not infected.”
McElderry met the 15-year-old boy four months ago. McElderry and the boy’s mother are friends. The mother reported she saw McElderry performing a sexual act on her sleeping son Monday and screamed.
Sparks interviewed the boy who reported McElderry had unprotected sexual contact with him three other times in a home and camper since February. Although McElderry didn’t threaten him, the boy was scared and didn’t know what to do. McElderry is 6-foot-3 and weighs 260 pounds.

Assistant District Attorney Laural Nutt said if convicted, McElderry faces a sentence between three and 15 years in prison for the criminal exposure charge. He faces sentences of one to two years in prison for statutory rape.
His hearing is set Aug. 16 in General Sessions Court.
Sparks said other possible victims may call him at 907-5868.

Not only did he rape a boy, but he exposed him to HIV too, repeatedly. And the max he’ll possibly get is 17 years?!!! If that does not outrage you, I recommend you get your head examined!
Given he knowingly exposed the boy to a deadly disease I recommend the death penalty!
