She beat the indictment. Now will she claim the grand jury let her off the hook because she’s a Black woman?

I also respect the decision of the grand jury. Yea I thought she should be charged, but she’s not going to be and let’s just pray nobody else feels inspired to punch a cop.

Of course the officer could still take her to civil court. McKinney’s never missed an opportunity to press for a hearing whenever she can think of a nutty theory to run with. So if the officer takes her to civil court I don’t blame him.
