That fool tried to act as if his poor mother gave him $20,000. And his lawyer Billy Martin even tried to play as if nobody should question the highly suspect letter. Which I personally feel is a total fake and I personally think his mother would be ticked if she was alive to see this mess!
(I’m quoting portions below but read the entire article if you can.)
Campbell mother’s letter released

You can read the actual letter here.
That is just how low Bill Campbell would go. The fact he cheated on his wife is one thing, but to even use his dead mother in this way is simply diabolical.
And once upon a time Al Gore was considering him for a cabinet level position, if Gore had won the 2000 Presidential race.
While the document sounds partly legal and partly like a race baited rant, it has one very ironic part. The letter is signed “Mamma”. Why would anyone putting together such a document, that starts with the words:
I write this to you with the hope that you will never need to use it.
End the letter with the signature “Mamma”? Because it’s bogus is why! If his mother was coherent enough to write such a document and include various legal statements, than she would have known that she should sign with her full name. Maybe Bill Campbell could not bring himself to forge her full name? That is, if you feel like me that the letter is a total fake.
