Hurray! Another group of “African Americans” or “Africans”, some were born and live here but won’t even accept putting “American” on the end of what they label themselves, have deemed me an “Uncle Tom”. I really enjoy being called one. Honestly it makes my day! Those who know the true story of the original man given the name “Uncle Tom” know he worked to save people from slavery. I and other Black Conservatives also must do our work for good, while being seen as evil by some who fail to understand our proven methods. Methods proven to be effective in our own lives and those of others that try a more Christian, American and Conservative approach.
So check out this forum, where the starter of the post posed the question “Darnell McGavock – Uncle Tom or Not?” and of course the daggers flew. I thank each of you who called me an Uncle Tom. I will continue Tommin’ and ticking you off as best I can.
Sadly some of my views were a bit misrepresented in the original post on that thread, but if you’ve been reading enough here than you already know the truth.
The bottom line is, a Black Conservative expresses their views because we each have the courage of our convictions. And we each know that causes many Blacks fits because we refuse to tow their line of race baited Liberalism.
I pray my convictions of view stick with me better than glue. Because I’d never want to deny my feelings as Peter did when he denied Christ 3 times. For me not to express my views the way I do would be a true “sellout” to myself.

Man, when will people understand that it is bigoted to demand that all black people must think, dress, sound and act alike?
Isn’t 90% of us kissing liberal democrats Massa booty enough? Do they need 100% plantation participation before they feel comfortable?
Like I said before…too many of us have raised political ideology where it is now above religion.
To illustrate my point just look at where many black people choose to divide and there is where you will find the value we deem most important.
We do not divide over minor issues like sports, movies preference or food.
We do not divide over issues like region, age or class because we don’t get all bent out of shape if someone is from Alabama or Jersey.
We do not divide over major issues like culture or religion because Farrakhan can get “muslims” and Christians to respect and listen to him.
But politics?
We instantly stop listening and start name calling. We go for the throat and question our very ethnicity. In fact some people define their ethnicity using political ideology as a yardstick.
We have proven time and time again that politics is our religion and GODvernment our god. We expect the GODvernment to do things we used to pray to God for.
Simply discusting.

That’s good stuff there bro!
You’re right, they seem to want nothing less than 100%! And political views rule their thoughts. But on matters of faith anything goes.
Really with the “Blackady-Black”, “I’m so much Blacker than you”, “I’m the real Mandingo African” crowd it seems RACE may be their religion. But for them the view of race is intertwined with their own brand of Socialism, so it takes a fully political tone.
With this particular forum, I noticed that they praise trash rapper Tupac’s aunt – Assata Shakur, who lives in Cuba because she fears standing trial for the murder of a cop. In her autobiography she claims it’s all a government “conspiracy”. Part of the plot to take down Black Panthers and revolutionaries like herself. If she and her supporters are so certain it’s all a setup, she should come back to have a public trial and prove it. Her return would get major media attention and coming back during Bush’s term would ensure the media will not side with the government’s/(State of NJ) side of the case. Given Bush is the latest President to request that Castro turn her over the US authorities.
Her running to Cuba and staying in the land of Castro makes it hard to see her as “innocent till proven guilty”.
I’m amazed how much respect is given to race baiting cop killers by these folks that claim “Blackness”. The accused cop killers get more “props” than many others. It seems to put truth to claims that the murder is carried out to win some “respect” with their friends.
As if while they claim innocence, they know what really happened and are actually glad the murder was performed.

Tupac’s Aunt in Cuba?
Do you not see how twisted black people must become in order to stay loyal to liberal democratic dogma? They have to pretend that Robert KKK Byrd wasn’t really that bad of a klansman, they have to pretend that Clinton was the first black president, that Clinton didn’t endorse confederate flag day, that Castro doesn’t treat black Cubans like dogs, that victimology is the path to empowerment, that education is for whites, that blacks can’t be racist but math exams are I can go on and on but I think you get the point.
To be so doggedly loyal to one party your morals end up as twisted as a dog’s hind leg.

Of course it is completely insulting that individuals who use the proven method of reliance upon the Lord then succeed. Yet it is those who refuse to let lessors goals or identification get in the way who do the best. Of course people such as this are hated. Nothing insults another worse than someone else doing better by sheer competence without ego.

I made a mistake in saying she (Assata Shakur) was an “accused” cop killer. I forgot SHE WAS CONVICTED OF KILLING THE COP AND ESCAPED TO CUBA AFTERWARDS!!!
Every member of the Black Panthers or their branch organizations claims any conviction against them was a “government conspiracy”, because we are not supposed to think that a group with many former criminals would ever be capable of future crimes
. She was part of an offshoot known as the “Black Liberation Army”.
See this press release about when the government increased the reward for her capture to $1 Million. (It uses her former name which was Joanne Chesimard and mentions her current name later in the write-up.)
http://www.state.nj.us/njsp/news/pr052705.html
I wish I knew a way to sneak into Cuba and bring her out, because I could use an easy Million
.
She is Tupac’s aunt or Godmother. (I recall her being his aunt, but reports I see now mention her as his Godmother.) Tupac’s mother Afeni Shakur was also part of the Black Panther bunch. Along with his father Lumumba Shakur. His family was in the BPP clique.
So you see, using the twisted “education” logic endorsed by my detractors you should feel that Assata never killed that cop and Castro is a hero for helping her evade US authorities. The Black Panther fans are all for education, but that education includes required reading like Chairman Mao’s Little Red Book! So you’ll back the failed tenants of pure communism and waste time on something that won’t help you excel in America.
