Duke Lacrosse Rape Accuser Mentioned No Condoms Were Used

by @ 3:06 pm. Filed under Nuts on Parade

Usual Suspects It seems the defense keeps finding more to support their side of things, with each new piece of information they get. Now from that stack of 1,300 papers, they have discovered that the stripper accuser mentioned no condoms were used. No condoms and no DNA is not very likely in a rape situation. (Especially with multiple people involved.) Also, it seems the examination that determined she was raped did not show some of the signs of a rape that would be expected.

Defense’s beefs with accuser’s story cited

For example, three defense sources, who asked not to be identified, said a forensic examination of the alleged victim found no tearing, bleeding or other injury associated with a sexual assault. Instead, the exam detected only swelling in the accuser’s vagina and tenderness in her breasts and lower right body, the sources said.

However, a police search-warrant affidavit said the hospital exam had determined the woman suffered “injuries consistent with being raped and sexually assaulted vaginally and anally.” The same hospital report later helped District Attorney Mike Nifong obtain rape indictments against three Duke lacrosse players: Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans.

The alleged victim claimed she was raped, sodomized, strangled and beaten by three men for some 30 minutes during the lacrosse party at 610 N. Buchanan Blvd. on the night of March 13-14.

The defense sources also said Tuesday that, according to the records Nifong handed over last week, the woman at one point said that a second dancer also was in the bathroom where the incident allegedly occurred. But the sources said that when asked about this, the second dancer replied, “That’s a crock.”

In other new information, the accuser told police her alleged attackers did not use condoms, the defense sources said.

Also slated incoming freshmen for the Duke lacrosse team are starting to look elsewhere.

The residual impact of this rape accusation continues to have a negative ripple effect. It’s not like this accuser is a rich woman and can be sued to somehow compensate those she has injured, with a rape accusation that I feel is a big lie. I don’t anticipate any “bombshells” from Durham District Attorney Mike Nifong, that would change my opinion.

If all the other details were not enough to produce reasonable doubt, then the words of the accuser herself should be more than enough. I’ve already decided she’s lying given all the findings by the defense, so nothing shocks me at this …
