How the Jury in the Zacarias Moussaoui Verdict Bungled Over “Mitigating Factors” (Audio)

by @ 10:02 pm. Filed under Audio, Terrorism and War

Moussaoui There was a good discussion on the Laura Ingraham Show today, when she spoke with former Federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy about the mitigating factors used to keep terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui off death row.

Unlike the prosecutors on the case that speak in “respect” of the jury’s verdict, Mr. McCarthy speaks frank and openly about how the jury simply got this one wrong. He also explains the nutty process used to do it.

It’s good to hear someone who has been in law enforcement say what needs to be said.

You can hear the mitigating factors portion of their discussion using the audio link below.
