She isn't effective, she isn't all that bright but she is just a little bit smarter than her supporters who will come out strong for their favorite activist. McKinney is more of an activist (a self serving one at that) rather than politican and whether you support her or not, sending back to Congress makes no sense at all. I live in the 4th District and I think I’ll be stuck with McKinney for another 2 years.
