Because he no longer cares to endure hurricanes in a city that is below sea level, Robert Davis has left New Orleans and now lives in Atlanta. Smart man. I personally am shocked that there is an actual effort to rebuild that city in the same place. You probably remember Mr. Davis as the man who was beaten by some bad New Orleans police officers and was laying in a pool of his own blood. Back then he was charged with various bogus charges. Those charges have all been dropped. Mr. Davis feels vindicated and he maintains that this was not a racial issue.

It is good that Mr. Davis can see that there are people in this world who simply are bad and it’s not always about race. His beating has been used by race warlords in their efforts to continue having people feed on as much race bait as possible. But they say nothing about the assault of the White reporter, who was simply a bystander. It was a case of some unfortunately bad cops that were caught on tape. Mr. Davis was there and says it was not a racial issue. The tape does not show the police yelling any racist statements. I think Mr. Davis is right. For whatever reason those particular officers were on edge, were wrong and deserve to be prosecuted for their actions.
