The officer struck by Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney is considering a civil suit against her. Also, McKinney’s office says the man that put his hands on news reporter Scott MacFarlane is her driver, not a police officer. The Fraternal Order of Police says that the man should be prosecuted for impersonating a police officer.

The employee shoved the reporter as he tried to get a comment from McKinney on the Capitol steps. The employee was caught on camera threatening to put the reporter in jail, claiming to be a policeman.The FOP says the employee should be prosecuted for impersonating a police officer.

And of course the grand jury is still reviewing the possibility of felony charges against McKinney.
