Officer Considers Suing McKinney

The U.S. Capitol Police officer at the center of his altercation with a Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (D-4th Ga.) is considering a lawsuit against her.

About her “bodyguard/police officer/driver”.

The employee shoved the reporter as he tried to get a comment from McKinney on the Capitol steps. The employee was caught on camera threatening to put the reporter in jail, claiming to be a policeman.

The FOP says the employee should be prosecuted for impersonating a police officer.

McKinney?s office says the man is her driver, not a police officer.

And of course the grand jury is still reviewing the possibility of felony charges against McKinney.
