If you recall in a previous post I made about racist statements in radio, that I mentioned Black Talk Radio is about as racist as it comes. When I mentioned examples, some of those examples came directly from former WAOK-AM radio show host Coz Carson. This man was allowed to say some of the most racist crap on air while he was with that station. He is the one that would call Conservatives, especially White Conservatives “knuckle draggers”. It was his not so veiled way of associating Whites with cavemen.
So I was shocked to see who McKinney’s spokesman is. (Given it’s McKinney I guess I should not be shocked at all.)
McKinney’s office says funding Hayes’ trip a mistake
WASHINGTON ? When Rep. Cynthia McKinney of Georgia spent money from her congressional office budget to fly singer Isaac Hayes to DeKalb County last year, it wasn’t just to have the superstar attend the opening of her new district office or talk about music education for children of the Fourth Congressional District.
Hayes also was the headliner at a political fundraiser for McKinney at the Stone Mountain home of state Sen. Gloria Butler, a violation of House ethics and campaign rules.

But McKinney’s problems grew more serious Tuesday because using House funds to pay for purely political activity is specifically prohibited by House rules. Further, McKinney’s failure to list Hayes’ expenses on her campaign disclosure forms violated Federal Election Commission rules.

McKinney’s spokesman, Coz Carson, said the misreporting had been an administrative mistake.
“This was not some sinister act to dupe the people out of a small amount of money,” Carson said.

McKinney has featured Hayes in a full-color brochure she sent later to constituents. The singer also did a campaign radio ad for McKinney.

As usual, both Coz and McKinney are full of crap. And I’m not going to spend much time in this post on McKinney, because if you didn’t already figure out she’s no good then you never will. But let me tell you more about her “spokesman” Coz Carson. Google’s cache has record if him once working at WAOK-AM. And I would testify in court if needed, that I would hear Coz calling Conservatives, especially White Conservatives ?knuckle draggers? ALL THE TIME on his show! By the time I gave up on his show and that station entirely, I heard from a friend that he was making nasty attacks against the Catholic Church. And yea, he hates Bush with a passion. He’s a real moonbat, that used to spread crazy conspiracy theories like many Bush haters do.
Coz was eventually let go by WAOK-AM (a 2nd and final time). He got the station into a lawsuit regarding some statements he made about a Clayton County, Georgia official. Google’s cache still has the details about that lawsuit.

Why did he do it? Why did John Allen Muhammad allegedly shoot 13 civilians in Washington, D.C., killing 10 of them? Two theories have surfaced.
One is that because of his reported association with Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, Muhammad can be considered another Muslim with lethal designs on America. Oliver North commented on Fox News’ “Hannity & Colmes”, “Why is it that the first thing I read in the Associated Press story on this case was that he was a Gulf War veteran and former soldier in the U.S. Army?” (Why its interesting that a Gulf War veteran changed his name to Muhammad and was now suspected of randomly sniping Americans in the name of Allah was apparently lost on North.) “What we need to focus on,” North explained, “is not that this man was in the army, but what is Farrakhan filling these guys’ heads with?”
The second theory says that the military is producing trained killers who are a danger to society. One of those theorists was former talk show host Coz Carson in a guest appearance on the Mike Rose radio show. “If you visited a veteran’s hospital you would know there are a lot of guys out there who are one bad cup of coffee away from doing just what this guy did,” Carson said. “They trained that dog, and now its bit 10 people and they don’t know what to do about it.”

I have long ago given up on the fact that I have no representation in Congress as long as McKinney is in office. Her presence there serves no one else but Cynthia McKinney, the Congressional seat of Georgia’s 4th District is there for her entertainment, finanical gain and platform to launch her idiotic views. The concerns of her constituency is barely an afterthought and if it were not for Dekalb C.E.O. Vernon Jones, there would be no sidewalks, senior citizen centers, or business developement.
In short…McKinney sucks.
