Tonight I took a scan of my TV program guide and notice a new show called Unanimous (aka Unan1mous ). I knew it was a junk show from a commercial I saw about it, but I figured I’d take a look at the first episode and probably never watch again. To my surprise I’m going to be watching this show for at least a few more episodes. Because the show includes a minister (Kelly) who is also a Conservative Republican. (It would only be better if she was an Independent 
.) She was proclaiming the Lord and speaking some truth in the mist of some who really never want to hear it.
Well it turns out one of those people who never want to hear the truth is a gay activist actorvist (Jameson). If I was casting for something to make me laugh I could not have put a better group together myself! Once Kelly proclaimed the homosexual lifestyle is the sin that it is, Jameson went crazy! He claimed that since he’s gay nobody can tell him his actions are a choice. This is like the womanizer that cheats on his wife and claims it’s just the way he is. Totally ignoring the fact one must take actions to engage in sinful activity.
The debate between Kelly and Jameson is available here on Fox.com. What you don’t see in that clip is what Jameson was saying after the debate. How he was trying to claim that Kelly was somehow a woman out of control. But it did not stop there. Later on another member of the group mentioned that he was not feeling well. Kelly mentioned that he should pray about it and forget it. Jameson could not believe someone would say such a thing. To actually recommend that someone PRAY for a physical ailment and BELEIVE that they could be healed was totally alien to him. He denounced that she would even suggest it.
Needless to say Jameson and Kelly are at odds with each other and will probably remain that way. But if Jameson’s wish of getting rid of Kelly was ever to come true, he’s still got other Conservatives in the group that probably agree with Kelly. So I hope collectively that they can get rid of Jameson, because it would be terrible to see him win and possibly doing PDA with someone.
This show was just an amazing example of how far Leftists have gone from the rest of society.

I saw this too. Man, that guy was rabidly out of control. He acted like she had just stepped on his pet cat with golf shoes. I fear, unfortunately, that her outspokenness (honest outspokenness, but outspokenness, nonetheless) will prevent her from winning. She did say that she didn’t care about the money, though. And her straight talk is welcome. I just don’t think it will be a winning strategy on the show.
I imagine the show will try its best to paint her as an extremist. I hope not, but this show seems to encourage strife and discord.

They already have and yes they will probably continue doing so. For once they allowed someone on that will speak the truth, but they are going to make sure they give it the spin they want America to see. If she’s not “barking” she probably won’t be seen.
Of course starting these sorts of competitions being outspoken is usually a losing strategy. But it was about time Kelly’s viewpoint was permitted on a show like this. I think Kelly is using the moment for a greater purpose than to try and be the winner. (And yea she’ll probably milk the spotlight some too
.)
She was put on the spot and given who she is she had to stand for what she believes in. It was going to come to a head at some point, even if she tried to hold back. When she mentioned she runs an online business everybody was like “oh that’s cool” but when she mentioned that she is ALSO A MINISTER that’s when everyone was like “Whoa!”. And the flood of “so you’re like this and that?” questions were about to fly. So she just laid it all out and then nutty-man lost it. Venessa is an Atheist Liberal, but saw no need to make Kelly’s views into a personal confrontation. Steve probably agrees with Kelly and is a Conservative Christian with a wife and kids, but he saw no need to jump into the debate. Really to win the game you’ve got to know when to shine. Kelly knows her expression was not a winning game plan for the money. Just the same, she exposed Jameson and so his chances of winning a dime are as slim if not slimmer than hers now.
Although I’m pulling for Kelly just because she was not afraid to offer a Conservative and real Bible rooted viewpoint, Steve obviously is the front runner at this point.
