You can see the video of Harry Whittington’s statement to the media at Expose the Left. This is the man who was shot by Vice President Dick Cheney in a hunting accident.
Excerpt of statements from Harry Whittington

So there! He is over it. It was an accident, nothing more and it is over. He didn’t claim that anybody was drinking too much. He didn’t cry that there was some kind of cover-up. The VP did not OWE the media a statement regarding a hunting accident, where he mistakenly hit his friend with some bird shot. It was good that Cheney assumed responsibility though.
This whole affair was a big crock of hype instigated by nuts in the media. Thomas Sowell is right to call them the “Spoiled brat media“. If they would only spend a quarter of the time spent on Cheney’s accident, investigating what happened to Mary Jo Kopechne at Chappaquiddick and why Senator Ted Kennedy never was convicted of a crime. They might find the scandal they are looking for.

The MSM will probably start acting like children now, over the fact Mr. Whittington said “Friday” and all reports indicated the accident occurred last Saturday. I could care less if it happened a month ago. It was an accident that occurred between friends and not worthy of the news time already given to it. No laws were broken during the accident and it’s time for the news hounds to move on.

Weekend At Harry’s - Do The KOS Kids Still think Whittington Is Dead?
First and foremost, watch video via Expose The Left of the tough Mr. Whittington making a statement to the press shortly before being discharged from the hospital. Some of you may have already seen my little photoshop earlier, but I…
