DL Foster has discovered something that some Conservatives like myself have been trying to point out for some time. I just never had all the great graphics and figures he’s put together
. But in this post I mentioned how special provisions in the Voting Rights Act, that are set to expire make the assumption that all Blacks vote alike. Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act was created to ensure that areas with a history of racial discrimination would not be able to change election rules to have a “discriminatory purpose or effect”. It made perfect sense when it was created, to ensure that racist and bigots did not change rules to again keep Blacks out of the election process. But since it’s creation this section of the voting rights act has been abused. By Black politicians desperate for power and Liberal sympathizers. US Census data started being used, to determine where Black areas where and any redistricting that might alter the power of the “Black vote” in those areas was denied by the Federal Government. The redistricting did not stop any individual Black from voting, but Liberal spin-doctors were able to impress the notion that even when Blacks as a voting bloc are altered it would be discrimination. It was the full codification of “group think” logic in regards to Blacks. The “all Blacks think and gel alike” idea was codified by Federal statute. Given this did not actually involve individuals’ ability to vote at the polls and have their vote counted, it brought about a new “grouping” system and the “Max Black” voting districts were born. The Federal Government has successfully gone beyond just ensuring Blacks are able to vote, to crossing Constitutional bounds and tampering with how states run elections.

The entire write-up linked above is a great read.
The end effect of keeping Section 5 provisions alive will be that racial warlord nuts like Cynthia McKinney will know that not even natural geographic or human migration shifts will impact her ability to always have a “Black vote” majority to possibly support her. And the only way she’s ever lost or might lose again is against another Black candidate. Because Blacks are the only people segregated by race in voting blocs. Unlike Blacks voted for in non-Black districts like David Scott, McKinney never has to actually compete for a vote beyond the bounds of playing on race.
The “max Black” districts are locked. Blacks that want to do like me and move to areas like Northern Gwinnett County are called the “sellouts” and “Uncle Toms”, that they claim want to “live with the White folks”. I’ve heard all those lines from those who claim to be looking out for me in the interest of my skin tone. Never mind that the people killing folks like me mostly share my skin tone.
So yes DL, Blacks have “ghetto-ized” themselves. And the Black cultural norm is to encourage Blacks to “live together”, so we can all “buy Black” and “pull each other up”. While “Blacker than Thou” noise makers like Cornell West live far away from “the hood”. (But he’ll keep making race-bait material for Blacks to consume, for a fee of course
.) The representatives in those districts that claim to “speak for Blacks” have their cozy power lock and any attempt to threaten their lock is greeted with cries of “racism”. If America is to be true to all men being equal no such thing as a “Black” voting bloc should be allowed to factor into any equations of drawing up voting districts. Voters of all races should be viewed as equal and geography along with raw population numbers should determine voting lines.
