While Blanco has been taken to task for her failures to lead her state throught this crisis, Barbour has been hailed as a great leader during the time of storm. Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive Fundamentalist are far to loyal to what they are used to thinking in their bias than what is actually the case on the ground. The local government in NO should bear the brunt of the fault with regard to the failures that we have seen. Of course you know - in general conversation with many Blacks they blame Bush.
