The CBC has been very busy and you know this. It is a full time job to BLAME OUTSIDERS for everything. You can't hold them accountable for this oversight. Besides - if they handed over the money some WHITE contractors who don't live in the area will get their hands on the funds anyway. Maybe they'll use this money to pay the mortgage of the CBC member from New Orleans as they did with the lady in KY or TN (I forget which). This is not fair D-Man.
