		<description>Wow! I read Mr. Pickett&#039;s bio and the guy is incredible. You are dead on when you point out how so much attention was paid to &quot;Tookie&quot; while we ignore people like Mr. Pickett. He&#039;s like a male version of Secretary Rice...someone who is massively qualified for their position. The legacy of well meaning but ultimately insulting programs like Affirmative Action is that twinge of doubt people get when they see a successful black person. The more we see over qualified people like Rice, Powell and now Pickett the sooner that twinge of doubt will go away.</description>
