Marion County, Florida Judge rejects Debra Lafave plea deal!

by @ 12:00 am. Filed under Judiciary, Questionable Items

LafaveMarion County, Florida Judge Hale Stancil has rejected the plea deal made by schoolhouse molester Debra Lafave. My only question is, will this judge push for jail time?

Basically her plea deal was made in Hillsborough County and it was assumed that Marion County would go along with the deal. She did the “horizontal tango” in an SUV with the boy in Marion County. That is why there are also charges in that county.

REJECTED: Debra LaFave’s plea deal shot down

A judge in Marion County has rejected Debra LaFave’s plea deal. A trial is now scheduled in Marion County for April 10.

This judge should do what is right in the name of justice and push for some prison time! If this judge only makes minor adjustments to the deal, it would add insult to the mess this plea deal already is! And it is possible that Lafave’s attorneys could tweak her current plea deal and Judge Stancil agree to it. I hope that does not happen, unless it includes jail time in double digit years! And I’m sure the defense attorneys won’t be offering a deal like that.

See a video report with more details here.
