I remember before the 2004 election sitting around with friends and just cracking up at all the instances we found of Democrats promoting war with Iraq and saying there were WMDs BEFORE Bush got into office! Given the current lies being used by Democrats are so obvious, I was not going to take time actually pointing out some of their prior statements. I figured the lies would be easily knocked down. But it seems that what I felt would be a FLOOD of facts regarding past Democratic statements has been coming in at a slower rate than I find acceptable. So here I will point out many of the past Democratic statements about Iraq and fire much egg to their faces . With the exception of Democrats like Joseph Lieberman and Zell Miller of course .

Michelle Malkin has some of the facts from 1998. Back when then President Bill Clinton launched Operation Desert Fox.

As former President Clinton said:

Hmmm… And some Liberals are always crying “why Iraq when others have weapons too”….

And of course we all know about the litany of statements made by Liberals before and after Bush became President. So of course if Bush is a liar, they are even bigger ones! Because they were saying it BEFORE AND AFTER Bush became President!

In 2001 people who used to work under Saddam were confirming Iraq’s efforts for nukes!

A news report from ABCNews even talked about Bin Laden contacts having communication with Saddam’s people. (audio)

The list of statements from people is so long I honestly don’t have the days required to list every instance here. But what I have listed should help prove many of the Liberals that now claim “Bush lied” were saying the exact same things Bush has been saying before and after he became President!

While I was preparing this post, I found that Michelle Malkin has discovered a new GOP video, that brings up EVEN MORE statements made by Democrats!

This is the 2nd time Liberals have needed to be reminded of their prior statements. First time being during the 2004 elections. Let’s hope this reeducation of Liberals does not have to happen again!
